Clark Explains Why Hanoi John Kerry Is the War Hero, Not McCain
Even CNN couldn't help but notice the absurdity of Wesley Clark hyping the brief military experience of phony war hero John Kerry in 2004, only to dismiss the extensive military experience of real war hero John McCain only a few years later. Watch the weasel twist and spin:
So what made Kerry special is he had the "moral courage" to come home after a few months and denounce the guys who were still over there fighting as war criminals.
Like other sniveling liberals, Clark inspires me to throw my shoe at the television. But he inspired Hugh to show how Clark could extend his own military experience, while serving within the boundaries of his personal limitations:

OT
Philadelphia Inquirer goes completely berserk with moonbattery.
This year, America doesn't deserve to celebrate its birthday. This Fourth of July should be a day of quiet and atonement.
For we have sinned.

Disgusting. So, because Kerry willingly betrayed our country by aiding its enemies (After leaving Vietnam, Kerry met several times in Paris with the leader of the Viet- Cong, who helped directly orchestrate several of the anti- war protests Kerry participated in, such as the one where he threw his medals on the White House steps, only to suddenly start bragging about said medals a few decades later during his campaign), he suddenly had more "moral courage" than McCain?

WEASELy Clark during WW II would have been shot as a traitor along with John Kerry. Since the late 60s being a traitor is the fashionable thing to do.

Hugh is definitely more clever than certain Dipstcik cartoonists who don't know there are no penguins at the North Pole.

I like how Weasely can't resist digging at the Iraq war, saying its failed and so is Afganistan. And remember folks, as long as you have "moral courage" to stand up to Imperialist Amerikkka, then your fit to lead a country you hate.

Evidently Hugh is a fan of "No Time For Sargeants :D

Weasely Clark is and always has been a lap dog for the Clintons.
His JUDGEMENT to attack McCain and therefor shed light on Obama's lack of life experiences with regards to the military, is astounding.
This will backfire on Obama and I bet the Clintons could not be happier while thinking about 2012.

Again, I'm a moonbat, but at NO time did Clark "attack" McCain or his service. Saying that getting shot down in a fighter plane doesn't necessarily qualify you to run the country is an opinion, not an attack. You don't have to agree with him, but you DO have to twist the words if you are going to accuse him of "attacking" McCain.

BT, literally speaking, you're correct. That addresses the message, but the metamessage (
pace McLuhan), i.e., the conclusion we're invited to draw, goes much further.
It'd be like someone saying that after the Dems held their convention in Denver VD rates went through the roof, and when called on the obvious implication, the speaker said that he didn't claim that there was any relationship.
Literally, linguistically, that's true, but no one would take it that way.
Clark wasn't just making an idle intellectual observation: he was making a campaign point, and an invidious one at that.
Imagine someone saying that Obama is black, and he's never been convicted of doing drugs or committin a crime. Same class: a perfectly true statement, but the juxtaposition of phrases makes it a slur.

BT;
Have some food for thought:
The following quote is from the memoirs of General Giap (former leader of the North Vietnamese Army) currently found in the Vietnam war memorial in Hanoi:
"What we still don't understand is why you Americans stopped the bombing of Hanoi. You had us on the ropes. If you had pressed us a little harder, just for another day or two, we were ready to surrender! It was the same at the battles of TET. You defeated us! We knew it, and we thought you knew it. But we were elated to notice your media was definitely helping us. They were causing more disruption in America than we could in the battlefields. We were ready to surrender. You had won!"
Any questions about who the PATRIOT is/was?

I don't personally know a single Nam Vet that has forgot Kerry's "Winter Soldier" performance in front of the House and Senate or that can stand the sight of his traitor butt. I just hate hipocrites and traitors.
