Brazil to Criminalize Opposing the Promotion of Homosexuality
Brazil offers a glimpse of our own possible future by moving forward with a bill that would mean lengthy prison sentences for offending homosexuals.
Those incorrect enough to prevent public "homosexual affection" will face up to 5 years in jail. Failure to hire openly homosexual teachers will put Brazilians behind bars for up to 3 years. According to the Catholic News Agency, prison will be the punishment for any "moral, ethical, philosophical or psychological expression that questions homosexual practices."
Needless to say, mentioning the well-founded proscriptions against homosexual depravity in the Bible will land priests in big trouble. Like communists and Nazis, liberals don't like the challenge to their authority represented by Christianity.
There are reasons normal people find homosexual activity disgusting. This form of depravity is not only socially corrosive, but extremely dangerous to public health, as the spread of AIDS attests. Nonetheless, Brazil's corrupt moonbat president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has proclaimed that resistance to the mainstreaming of homosexual perversion is "perhaps the most perverse disease impregnated in the human head."
The insane bill is now before Brazil's Senate, after passing its House of Representatives unanimously.
