U.N. Official Demands 9/11 Conspiracy Investigation
Armpit-scratching Troofers can take heart that they have an ally in their quest to rewrite history so that it was not Muslim terrorists but the Bush Administration that committed the atrocities of 9/11. Former Princeton professor Richard Falk, the moonbatty special rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian territories, normally specializes in hurling nasty allegations at Israel. But now he has his own country in his sights, as he demands that the U.N. investigate whether "some sort of controlled explosion from within" brought down the World Trade Center.
I do think there are questions that haven't been answered, questions about the way the buildings collapsed and the failure to heed a variety of signals that there was danger coming.
As always, the lone voice of sanity in anything involving the execrable U.N. is John Bolton, who — thanks to Democrats — is no longer our ambassador:
I think [his beliefs are] fruitcake city, but among many delegations to the U.N. it's probably the conventional wisdom.
It's just an example of the inmates running the asylum. It's a particularly graphic example for Americans, but this is not an aberration — this is, unfortunately, typical of much of what goes on.
By the way, Americans pay the lion's share of the salaries of Richard Falk and the rest of the verminous creeps infesting the U.N.

If he wants a real investigation, he'd better talk to the Clintons and Mr Berger before screaming "Bush Did it!" But, then again, the whole reason truthers exist is to smear Bush.

I really enjoyed Sheriff Joe on FOX this past weekend. Besides thumbing his nose at the Sanctuary City of Phoenix, he has done quite a bit to actually reabilitate repeat petty offenders (there are many articles on previous prisoners who credit his pink uniforms and tent living for setting them straight).

The case for war in Iraq was so thin that George Bush and John McCain had to hype the threat of Saddam Hussein, and make false promises that we'd be greeted as liberators. They misled the American people, and took us into a misguided war.

Oiao, the majority didn't even vote. I know it doesn't absolve them but it puts it all into perspective. Labour won on a "landslide" with the votes of about 20% of the actual population, if that. Even fewer people voted in the next election.
For the record I voted tory, not that it made much difference. I'm in a safe labour seat, they always win here.

Actually, personally, the way the buildings collapsed seems to be a great example of proof that the 'Controlled demolition' theory is a crock. Buildings that are brought down by controlled demolition collapse from the bottom up; The WTC towers collapsed from the top down, starting (gasp!) right around where the planes hit.
