Public Educaiton in the Cleveland Area

No wonder educrats want to obliterate performance measurement in education. Some are in a poor position to be passing judgment on students. From Dennis Kucinich Land:

A Cleveland-area principal says he's embarrassed his students got proof of their "educaiton" on their high school diplomas. Westlake High School officials misspelled "education" on the diplomas distributed last weekend.

It's tempting to make fun, but the important thing to think about is educators' self-esteem.

On a tip from Lyle.

Who says "education" has to be spelled that way? That is divisive, authoritarian and maybe even homophobic!

Instead of ridicule, we should give the educators a high-five and a hardy "Good Job"!

BREAK THE TEACHERS UNIONS!

FIRE INCOMPETENT TEACHERS!

SCHOOL VOUCHERS!

HOME SCHOOLING!

Judge says: “I do not make a recommendation for deportation and I do not find you are dangerous." "This is not a man who is going to go out on to the street looking to cause harm.”

Thats not really spelling education wrong its a transposition error that indicates no one proof read it. People reverse the order of letters all the time when typing too fast. I would be more worried if someone spelled education as edukashun.

Well Anony, the possibility that it might not have been proof-read could be made into a case for our lowered standards.
