Obama on Your Shoulder
Won't it be nice when Obama is there to prevent us from ever doing anything politically incorrect?
Compliments of Rob Banks.

Truth can be funny, huh?

Screw political correctness - I am going to rip on VK and other right wing extremists whether its politcally correct or not!
President Obama - I love the way that sounds. But then after 7.5 years of George W. Bush - anybody and anything sounds great.
IMAGINE THIS FOLKS:
A President who can put a complete sentence together. Yes - on 1/20/2009 that is what we will finally have.

They should do another one about a 'BOO on your sholder'.

What's harder to imagine is a dim-witted leftist troll who can string a coherent thought together. Or tell the difference between one person's blog and a completely different person's blog.

Ahh, Lee...it gets so old after a while. Yes, Obama can put a sentence together. So could Karl Marx.
Has anyone noticed that it ALWAYS gets personal with the "progressives"? They can NOT have a political discussion without their Bush Derangement Syndrome taking over the frontal lobes and, as if by automatic writing, start spewing out "Bush is an idiot. I hate Bush. Bush is so stupid he's stupid."
By the way, if Barack Obama wins the vote, we'll have a lot more than a slick-talking new President, we'll have the beginning of the "Second Carter Term" (complete with gas lines, double-digit inflation, double digit mortage interest, double digit unemployment and higher taxes).
Remember, Lee...a (presumably in your world) more eloquent-than-Bush Democrat (i.e. Jimmy Carter) gave us a radical, Islamic, soon-to-be-nuclear Iran. Thanks, Jimmy.

"Screw political correctness - I am going to rip on VK and other right wing extremists whether its politcally correct or not!"
Lee, you obviously don't know what "political correctness" is! It's a COMMUNIST term that was adopted by American Liberals, it means that you can spout the party line at the drop of a hat word for word without missing a beat.
Don't worry about ripping into consrvatives, not only is it politicly correct, but it's ENCOURAGED by your Liberal/Socialist masters!

I am a hard core capitalist - but also happen to be a progressive. Save the Karl Marx remarks.
You do yourself a diservice by clumping all progressives into one camp or category.
Progressives support PROGRESS - who in god's name could argue against progress?
Posted by: Lee at June 8, 2008 4:58 PM
Progressives support PROGRESS as long as said PROGRESS means limiting our individual freedoms and supporting a vastly powerful central government.

The use of the term Progressive in a political movement is great Socialism marketing. The real meaning of Progressivness is actually regression to group think and stagnation.
Posted by: Oiao at June 8, 2008 5:22 PM
Progressive or whatever term anyone uses means more taxes. All government workers are lazy and only support their only cause, that is their own jobs.
I make exception for the military, these guys save your way of life. Even the post office is fat but doing a decent job for now.

Progressives support progressively larger government, progressively diminished freedom, progressively higher taxes, ... which are the conditions that prevail in all the miserable places progressives are in power... from California to the UK to Zimbabwe.
The 'Progressive' movement was started as the American version of fascism... and so it remains. I oppose progressivism on the same basis I oppose fascism. Giving money and power to government is like giving whiskey and car keys to teenage boys, only orders of magnitude more dangerous.
