Obama Dumps His Seal of Arrogance
At last the Obamessiah has been laughed into abandoning his pompous pseudo-presidential seal:
After days of media mockery, Barack Obama has decided to stop using a presidential-looking seal that his campaign designed and affixed to his podium on Friday.
Journalists said the seal, which features an eagle clutching arrows and an olive branch, smacks of arrogance. John McCain's camp had a field day, calling the seal "laughable, ridiculous, preposterous and revealing — all at the same time."
The seal was conspicuously missing from Obama's lectern when he spoke to a group of women in Albuquerque on Monday. Not surprising, given how much grief Obama took from a normally laudatory press corps after unveiling the seal at an appearance in Chicago on Friday.
"What a bizarre and dumb idea," railed NBC political director Chuck Todd. "It really feeds the arrogance narrative."
By now we know that Snobama's arrogance narrative doesn't need feeding. But he's got to have some kind of seal, to help his cult pretend he's a grownup. Right Wing News offers a few possibilities, including these:

I just got an email from a friend...and Obama supporter...who, up until now I thought was pretty rational. OK, a bit liberal, but no fanatic.
That is, until Obama is in the mix. I wrote them a critical, but hardly "Obama-bashing" email and was told in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS to "not go there". There is "no room for dissention when it comes to Obama. He is luminous and of a higher vibration."
This is scary. The guy can do and say ANYthing now, and just like the "Closed Global Warming Debate & Consensus", Mr. Obama is now beyond reproach.
Just like Oiao, I used the Jim Jones analogy referring to the sycophants, Obviously not Obama. WELL! It was obvious to ME, but boy did I get dressed down about "calling Obama a 'Jim Jones'".
We are in big trouble. Between the Church of Global Climate Disaster and (now) the Church of Obama the Lightworker, the hate-filled, Bush-deranged, TRUE BELIEVERS will make sure there is serious retribution in this country. If he loses, they'll go mad. If he WINS, they'll get even...and mark my words, they really mean to.

I think Obama is the AntiChrist spoken of in Revelation. It is so close to how the prophecy reads... it is scary! The only comfort for me is all of this, in my mind, proves even more that the Bible truly is the inspired Word of God. The accuracy is amazing.

Hoosier, while I am a fellow Christian (Apiring to get into ministry, in fact), I don't think Obama is the Antichrist, for a couple reasons:
1. There are too many detractors who see through him. I'd imagine the Antichrist would be much more universally popular, with almost no one speaking against him.
2. I think I heard somewhere that it's widely believed that the Antichrist will come from somewhere in Europe, most likely Italy.
