Moonbats May Finally Be Removed from Berkeley Trees

Posted by Dave Blount at June 18, 2008 10:38 AM

The moonbats who have been infesting, maiming, and even dropping from the trees near Memorial Stadium at UC Berkeley for the last year and a half may finally be removed.

Arborists cut ropes used to supply the moonbats. It wasn't easy work. Police and arborists were pelted with human waste. A progressive calling herself "Millipede" was taken into custody for biting an arborist.

Tree-dwelling moonbats at UC Santa Cruz have expressed concern.

Berkeley's tree infestation has cost the university $370,000 in security costs.

Police have the area fenced off, but ProtestShooter has some pictures of local fauna drawn out of its burrows by the commotion:

Animal Planet ought to do something really exotic, and film a Wild Kingdom episode in Berkeley.

Another, from Zombie:

Zombie asked the moonbat above, "Are you trying to start a die-in, or just sunbathing in the street?" The reply: "I feel it's important to be in touch with the ground at this time. Perhaps someone will bring me some food."

Berkeley is one place where Obama will not need to campaign.
