Free Sex Changes in Communist Paradise
Cuba's healthcare system may be atrocious, but at least it's "free" — unless you could having to subsist as a government slave as payment. Now even sex change operations are free.
Sex change operations can be free in America too. We'll catch up to Cuba yet.

Here's a question... if the health care systems in Canada, Britain, and Cuba are so much better than America's, why didn't Ted Kennedy go to one of those places to get his brain tumor operated on?
