Carter's Second Term
Some optimists have suggested that a McCain presidency would be like a third term for W. If only. Bad as Bush 43 has been, it could be worse — much worse, as this bumper sticker reminds us:

Many voters are too young to remember the days of President Malaise. This explains Obama's dependence on the youth vote.

Ugh! Carter redux -- my God, I hope not! In fact, Carter would look like Abraham Lincoln after we survived (?) four long years of the Marxist dim-wit, Obama, front-man for the likes of Teddy the Swimmer, little Dick Turban and many others in the Dhimmicrat Party who are certain they can control his every move as "President" (in name only) from behind the scenes.
I did like it when Jimmah and Rosalyn got out of the limousine and walked down Pennsylvania Avenue, January 20, 1977 -- had I known that was literally to be the high-point of his administration, I might have escaped to Canada, or elsewhere, for the following four horrifying years (well, you know what they say: hindsight is 20/20; fortunately, foresight is also 20/20 in the case of Jimmah II, the equally horrifying Obama (and his lovely wife, of course, lest we forget her!)).

If you're thinking of handing out leaflets in England, better think again. It's now a hate-crime subjecting you to threats of getting "beaten up" - by the police.

Bush hasnt been a bad President, just a mediocre one. The has good points and bad points. He is certainly not in the same class as Ronald Reagan, the last great President. Of course with the drumbeat of attacks against Bush by the media, Im not suprised people think so little of him. He hasnt helped matters as he rarely addresses the nation on TV and explains what he is doing and why - terrible communicator outside of one on one conversations.
McCain is alot like Bush, so I have to agree that McCain would be way better than Shillary or especially Osama - who would be a real disaster. Similar to the way Kerry was alot worse than Bush. Shillary is just a typical liberal but Osama is a closet Marxist. I suspect that Americans will vote to put McCain in office and Democrats in Congress. People may say they want change in polls - but the fact is most people want stability and predictability. Change for the sake of change is not necessarily a good thing - Hitler was a "change" in Germany compared to the Kaisers and look what happened. For a time Hitler was well liked and made (except for Jews and other minorities) life better for the average German. Then he went completely off his rocker. Not saying Obama is on the same level of evil, but he would be very bad for America.

I AGREE COMPLETELY. And to the naysayers...whatsa matter, he didn't hold the ACLU back enough for you? Didn't put enough pro-life judges on the Bench to save the innocent unborn for you? Didn't protect the Constitution and the Ten Commandments enough for you? Protect our right to own and bear arms? Practice our faith? etc etc etc etc etc???
This isn't a dictatorship. President Bush's signature was not the only one on the act of war against TERROR...remember terror? The enemies of God and America who have been cowardly bombing the good guys FOR YEARS!!!???!!!
Sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up, you whiney assed Commie sonofabitch.

Carter was the most Moronic Liberal President in modern times.
But at least he served in the Military and was the Gov of GA prior to being President.
Obama is not only not qualified with any remote experience as an 'executive', but has no military understanding, and no patriotism, except to Kenya.
Carter is hoping that Obama is elected, so that Carter's history will look stellar in comparison to future generations.
Obama is the product of a well executed Liberal Marketing Plan.

Anon.: Gotta agree with you that GWB has been more of a "mediocre" president, certainly not in Reagan's league (though it's fair to say that even Ronaldus Magnus has become more and more well thought-of since leaving office in early '89 -- same thing will happen with GWB, to some extent, after a couple of decades have passed, esp. if the efforts in the Middle East work out well).
Barry may be trying to be a "closet" Marxist, but his every non-scripted word, his associates, his wife, and pretty much anything and everybody he's ever surrounded himself with just screams: "I love Stalin; I want to be just like him! I can't wait to dictate the lives of every American; equal misery for all (but not for me, my family and my closest friends -- we're the elite!). Do as I say, not as I do [or else]."
Hitler was certainly beloved, at first, by the German people (Obama wishes he could get people to fall as head-over-heels for him as the Germans did for Uncle Adolf!), but don't doubt that Herr Hitler ALWAYS planned and intended to take the Greater German Reich to war, to conquer most, if not all, of the world, to rid the Reich, and the remainder of the planet of "undesireables" of all sects and stripes, etc. -- while writing (and having Hess partially ghost-write) his "Mein Kampf" in prison after the failed Beer Hall Putsch, Hitler was blisteringly clear about what he intended once he had gained absolute power.
B. Hussein (Oh! Can I say that?) would certainly love to have THAT kind of absolute power in his hot little hands!
