It also brings to my memory a couple months ago, when Rolling Stone (Spit), the magazine of choice for stoned liberal twentysomethings, had a cover picture of Obama. It labeled him 'The New Hope,' and the picture itself had him looking all majestic and almost godlike (There was a bright heavenly glow emanating from him in it).
What Obama has for him is indeed just a cult of personality, and it'll undoubtedly get much worse if he's elected.
