Freegan Freaks Exploited by European Media
The European media isn't likely to miss an opportunity to mischaracterize the USA as teetering on the verge of abject poverty. Here's how The Times spins the garbage-scarfing moonbats who call themselves freegans:
Soaring food prices have led to a growing number of middle-class New Yorkers joining an unusual organisation that "dumpster dives" in rubbish bins for food.
Actually, freegans eat garbage because it suits them, not because of what the biofuel boondoggle has done to food prices. The idea is to avoid taking part in the capitalist system, without which all of us would be eating like freegans.

Hannity's America Sunday did a great piece showing how inefficient ethynol is (to fill up an SUV with pure ethynol it will take 450lbs of corn to create enough fuel!). It is obviously NOT the answer to the fuel issue, but don't go telling ALGORE that! He seems to be proud of the fact that his legislation that allocates so much of our crops to this BS is creating food shortages worldwide and starvation of the masses is just around the corner. All for the Hoax of the Century! I'm sure all the parents putting hungry children to bed at night world wide will share in the Goracle's pride in that they are doing their part!!!!

The thing that freegans never seem to understand is that they are depending on the capitalist system that they so despise. Without it, they'd never survive.

THAT old fad again?! We did that in the early 70s. Why? Because we were stupid people with waaaaaaay too much time on our hands and trying to make a statement about "something". Why? Because we had waaaaaaay too much money coming in from our parents and so had too much time on our hands.
People in most countries of the world are NOT hungry unless it is by choice. There will be exceptions of course. There are exceptions to everything, but there is more money flying around for those who can not or will not work than any amount my hardworking hands will see. And I have volunteered to carry my last bag of free food for cigarette-smelling "poor" over-weight people with salon haircuts and cars newer than mine.
Does that moonbat dumpster diver look emaciated to you? It is just an old fad recycled from the 70s.
