Moonbat Media Admits: Biofuels Cause Senseless Misery
The pain that moonbats would inflict on the human race in the name of the global warming hoax is beginning to become apparent in the effect the biofuels boondoggle is having on world hunger. Even the Kool-Aid–guzzling dupes at AFP admit:
[A]s soaring prices for staples bring more of the planet's most vulnerable people face-to-face with starvation, the image of biofuels has suddenly changed from climate saviour to a horribly misguided experiment.
On Friday, the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) said biofuels "posed a real moral problem" and called for a moratorium on using food crops to power cars, trucks and buses.
The vital problem of global warming "has to be balanced with the fact that there are people who are going to starve to death," said Dominique Strauss-Kahn.
"Producing biofuels is a crime against humanity," the UN's special rapporteur for the right to food, Jean Ziegler of Switzerland, said earlier.
If even AFP can see through biofuels, despite their heavy government backing, there may still be hope that the global warming hoax will be laughed into its grave before politicians can exploit it to wreak irrevocable harm on our economy and our liberty.

On a tip from mega.

It apparently is only now occurring to the majority of people that stuffing the world's food supply into our gas tanks is immoral.
Weird beyond human comprehension.

Ignorance with a smack and two twists.
Biofuels are real. For some reason most of you dont get this. I am not saying it is the answer but we Amricans can show A-rabs (lol, that is a joke, btw), that we can make our own fuel or at least show we can deflect it.

Parker,
Bio fuel is a scam. It takes more energy to produce than you get from it.

The future of this silly exercise in biofuels is so pattently obvious.
1. Corporations figure out how to make gazillions of dollars off this biofuels thing
2. Meanwhile, thousands upon thousands of people starve around the world, now that we're confiscating their food to feed to our SUV's.
3. The moonbat juveniles who started the whole thing will see the ExxonMobiles pocketing billions while poor African kids starve, and will rage in the streets in protest of the "special interests" who are taking food from the needy so CEO's can live their corporate lifestyles.
And thus the pendulum will have swung from one side to the other.
All based on an inherently stupid and immoral idea - using food to power vehicles.

steven, bio fuels as presented are a scam you should say. Geeze louise not to sound like a lib, but you are taling out of your ass, steps down from Al Gore approved healthy stepping stool.
Sorry if I sould like I am talking down to you, but oil is oil. Gas is gas, mother nature or God's devine have made it.
And seriously Mega, quit spouting such garbage, or as us simple folk say "guit talking out of your ass". Show me dude.

Parker, you ignorant slut. Maybe, when we figure out how to use bio-engineered microorganisms to break down sea algae or municipal waste into hydrocarbon fuel... THEN... biofuels will make sense. Until that time, we're basically burning food to produce an inefficient energy source in a manner that consumes more energy than it produces because of an artificial government mandate in response to a phony 'crisis' based on junk science, all the while billions of barrels of oil sit in the ground at ANWR and the Gulf of Mexico. By what brand of ignorant slut logic does this make sense of any kind?

Liberals dont care if biofuels result in higher food prices resulting in death by starvation - they view that as a net positive as it reduces man's Carbon Footprint and even more importantly, the War on Global Warming/Climate Change helps attain their goal of global socialism.
Like in Orwells 1984:
"It's not a matter of whether the war is not real, or if it is, Victory is not possible. The war is not meant to be won, it is meant to be continuous. Hierarchical society is only possible on the basis of poverty and ignorance. This new version is the past and no different past can ever have existed. In principle the war effort is always planned to keep society on the brink of starvation."
This line of thinking is why communist/socialist countries are always a mess while capitalist ones have improving standards of living. Venezuela is a textbook example of a capitalist society moving towards a socialist one - food rationing there has already begun despite high oil revenues...

Yes indeed, War on Global Warming is pretty good description of what THEY are doing; especially after seeing that insulting Iwo Jima cover on TIME Magazine. To take an iconic moment of American History and use as a prop in a fake war on global warming is appalling. Whats next? Will they take that photo from 9/11 with the firemen on top of the ruble hoisting an American flag and replace it with a tree?
Radicals want America to reduce its CO2 output by 80% - get ready to freeze in the dark while starving in years to come.

If ANWR is to remain sacrosanct, and oil prices stay high, it may become economical to use the Fischer Trospch synthesis to exploit our coal reserves; or perform some meaningful recycling and convert "anything into oil", as an article by the same name in Discover put it.

Parker, the Ay-rabs know that people worldwide will keep buying their oil. The Chinks cant get enough of the stuff. Thats why oil is approaching $120/barrell. With over a billion hungry consumers, China will suck up all the oil it can get. Is China doing the biofuel shuffle? Nope. Theyve got well over a billion mouths to feed.

"there may still be hope that the global warming hoax will be laughed into its grave before politicians can exploit it to wreak irrevocable harm on our economy and our liberty."
One can only wish.
BTW, I heart V the K's impatience with nonsense. Would that I could clout some of these folks upside the head with like verbiage. I would likely get fired, though.
