England Is Erasing St. George to Placate Muslims
England's patron saint is St. George, whose cross constitutes England's flag. A crowd of 10,000 was expected for the St. George Day parade in Bradford yesterday. But the parade didn't happen. Authorities nixed it, for fear it would inflame England's Muslim conquerors:
Community groups had planned to stage the multi-cultural event in Bradford and 1,500 schoolchildren were due to take part. Many of the youngsters had already made flags of St George to carry on the parade on April 23, which was designed to boost community cohesion. But last week police and council chiefs told the organisers that the event could not go ahead as planned for 'health and safety' reasons.
The reason a parade honoring St. George would threaten health and safety is that it might be attacked by Pakistani colonists, who rioted in Bradford in 2001.
Already there have been calls to drop St. George as the patron saint, "on the grounds that his image is too warlike and may offend Muslims."
The very existence of Britain offends Muslims. At the rate this recently great nation has been committing national suicide, they won't need to feel offended for long.
The Telegraph responds to the canceled parade:
Today, thousands of people the length and breadth of England will be celebrating Dragon Awareness Day. This is to draw attention to the blatant slaying of a member of the dragon community by St George, several centuries ago, and to call for a more positive attitude to these mythical monsters.
We also want to highlight our demands for 1) A full apology from the Prime Minister and the Queen; 2) Back-dated compensation for all those affected by the event; 3) Legislation to outlaw the demonising of dragons; 4) A Channel 4 documentary outlining the war crimes committed by St George, possibly leading to a trial, or at least a full public inquiry.
At least there are no Osama bin Laden Day parades in Britainistan — yet.

Maybe the US should offer assylum to those fleeing the Islamic colonization of their homelands in Europe like we do for Cubans.

Don't all those old science fiction programs that envisioned the British surviving into the future look oh-so-quaint now? Maybe Star Trek and Enterprise will be digitally remastered to portray Scotty and Reed as devout Muslims, bending over in engineering five times a stardate, trying to orient themselves to Mecca at warp speed.

The daily parade of British Moonbat insanity and unending dhimmification of that once-great nation is truly depressing for this Anglophile, but very instructive, if only we here across the pond will actually LISTEN!

And they thought the "Boston Tea Party" was an outrage in 1773!!!
Funny how an Islamic grocery store checker can't touch a bottle of wine when checking out groceries, but this guy can "manhandle a keg" if it is to throw it at the bobbies. Is it just me or does this seem a trifle hypocritical?
