Working in a professional environment, with all of the Jerimiah Write ranting and the Alicia Keys hate talk, I look at some very fine people I work with, and wonder... do they have religious mentors like Wright, or are they secretly harboring feeling like Keys? All this election is doing for me is making me doubt what I used to be completely comfortable with in my own environment. I think there is a pattern here. The abandoned children (Barry, Alica, Halle) are seeking the approval of the parent that betrayed them by demonizing the parent that actually cared for them, diminishing the crime of abandonment.
