Al Franken Agrees to Cough Up $70,000 in Back Taxes

Liberals are always generous with your money, but often stingy with their own. Failed Air America demagogue and current Senate candidate for Minnesota Al Franken in no exception. At least now that the noose has closed around his neck, he's agreed to cough up $70,000 in back taxes dating to 2003.

Franken whines that it's his accountant's fault for not telling him that even liberal elitists have to pay taxes. This hero of the working man also has to pay a $25,000 fine for illegally failing to carry workman's comp for his employees.

Looks like Al needs to come up with some cash. Maybe he could find a nice charity to rob.

If Obama can pass for a Senator, why not Franken?

I wonder what the funeral will be like? People jumping off buildings thinking they can fly? One big acid fest.

He's not too smart,
he's not too funny,
but, doggone it! People expect him to pay his taxes!

Should have stuck with comedy, Al, at which you were at least mildly successful. Radio commentary and politics are not your cuppa tea. Of course, if you don't pay your taxes, Workers' Comp. insurance premiums, et al., your next career might (and should) be as a resident of "The Big House."
