Pink Dog Causes Problems with the Law in Boulder

In Boulder, Colorado — the moonbat enclave where pets are officially regarded as "companion animals" — a woman is being fined $1,000 for oppressing her poodle by dyeing it pink.

Joy Douglas's adorable Cici is a "breast-cancer awareness dog," thus the pink dye job. But not even preventing breast cancer is noble enough to excuse the barbaric practice of dog-dyeing.

Authorities have been using a section of the city code intended to prevent the dyeing of chicks and bunnies for Easter to prosecute her for staining Cici's fur with beet juice and Kool-Aid. Police would probably be happy to forget the whole thing, but concerned citizens keep calling to complain.

Horrifyingly, Cici does not seem to mind being dyed pink.

So, we used to go out and paint our sheep and cows pink (spray paint) so that some really dumb city boy would not nail them with a .308 during deer season.

It is really fun when you start to see the 'eat your own' death spiral from the far left moonbats.

This is a good example of it. What, did all of the conseratives move away so now they prey on the moderate lefts?

"Kill em all, and let God sort em out" must now be a Moonbat motto in that town.

Oh the humanity!
Oh the Irony!
Oh joy and rapture!
Who would have thought moonbats could be hipocrates?

Sorry to be picky and all, but since the word gets used a lot I'd just like to advise everyone that it's spelt "hypocrite" (or "hypocrisy").

Hippocrates was the father of modern medicine.

Oops,
mispelled hypocrite.

Those moonbats better be careful - some major league pitcher might mistake them for pigs and shoot them from a helicopter.

They are rather 'piggish'. If they painted themselves pink they would damn near be indistinguishable from a distance. You'd have to get up close before you realized they are dirtier and dumber than real pigs. Plus - real pigs don't know hate.

This country is just getting waaaay too Orwellian!!! Moonbats must have come up with "Neighborhood Associations" too.

another liberal dilemma

Just another case of governments criminalizing harmless behavior by "normal" citizens.

Meanwhile, you can bet they don't put near as much energy into tracking down and prosecuting "hard" crimes like MS13 activities, illegal immigration, etc.

Why? Because it is easy to prosecute your typical citizen and the government worker gets a power buzz. Much harder to prosecute the tough cases, and the lack of results don't make the government types feel powerful or "special".

This kind of thing is a legacy of the anti-pet moonbat left, who posit that animals shouldn't be owned. It's "like slavery", you know. They want people to become mere "caretakers", not owners, of their pets. The long-term goals is to outlaw pet ownership entirely, never mind that if such a thing came to pass millions of animals would be killed or die of starvation.

How can the dog tell? Since dogs only see in black and white, and do not recognize themselves in a mirror, how would they know if they were a different color?

Man, I'm glad I don't live in that moonbatopia!!!
I wonder if it would be unreasonable to expect the moonbats to put that energy into figuring out ways to protect pretty, young, college coeds from psycho killers instead of worrying about a lap dog that seems to love the lap she's in!!!
