Palestinian Illegal Immigrant Sues NYPD

An illegal immigrant from the West Bank is suing the NYPD on the grounds that it failed to abide by Michael Bloomberg's seditious promise not to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.

Waheed Saleh alleges that a cop tipped off immigration officials as to his unlawful presence in the country, in violation of Mayor Mike's irresponsible policy of not reporting illegal aliens until they commit further crimes. Saleh isn't exactly a model undocumented American; he drives an unlicensed cab, has a habit of getting into fights, and is believed to have tried to run someone over with his car. His case is based on the claim that ICE was tipped off only as revenge for a series of unsubstantiated complaints he has made against the police.

Instead of being set packing back to Terroristland with a boot print deeply embedded in his backside, Saleh is now wasting everyone's time and the taxpayers' money with a lawsuit that he may even win — assuming he shows up for court; he was let out on bail and his current whereabouts are unknown.

No country can be run like this indefinitely and survive.
