Obadiah Marius's Seven-Ninth Chance
Career burglar Obadiah Marius can add to his lengthy resume having snuck into 9 Downing Street with the help of his Lithuanian girlfriend’s photo ID card, coming within yards of the Prime Minister's office. He was on bail at the time; at age 43 he's racked up an impressive 78 previous convictions.
Marius's punishment this time: a suspended sentence and drug rehab. Judge Christopher Hardy has decided to give him "one last chance" — that is, his 79th chance.
Marius knows perfectly well that he has dozens more last chances in his future, just as police know there's no point arresting him since the moonbat-infested courts will just set him free again.

Judging from what seems to be happening to most Brits (caving in to P.C. brainwash due to godless moral downslide), I'd bet that the security guard was afraid to confront this guy because he's black, for fear of being tagged with...(spooky music)...THE "R" WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
