Moonbat Goes All Day Without Eating

According to Inside Bay Area, it is a newsworthy event when a moonbat claims to have gone a whole day without eating, so I didn't want to leave Moonbattery readers uninformed:

Jason Wong at times felt his body weakening. It took great effort just to stay awake in class. But in the end, he said it was all worth it. Wong, a senior, was one of 27 San Leandro High School students who took turns fasting for one day to honor the 40th anniversary of Cesar Chavez's 24-day fast for nonviolence. "It was an eye-opening experience," Wong said. "I learned that positive change can be made through nonviolent actions." […] In addition to honoring Chavez's efforts, students wanted to raise campus awareness about issues of violence, including child and domestic abuse, and violence toward the lesbian, bisexual, gay and transgender community.

The "positive change" brought about by Wrong's 1-day diet are left for the reader to imagine. Possibly he will be emitting less flatulence, thus alleviating global warming — proven by computer models to be a potential threat to the transgender community.

On a tip from mega.

I'm never in the right place at the right time for these things. One of these days I will be though and I'll enjoy unfolding a lawn chair, takking a seat, ordering a pizza for delivery and eating it in front of the fasting moonbat du jour.

I felt a change occur to the universe, but I couldn't figure out why. This explains it.

I think the San Francisco city council should enact an ordinance that prohibits flatulence in the presence of lesbians, bisexuals, gay, and transgendered individuals. It would be a way of drastically curtailing this particularly odious form of hate speech, while also reducing emissions that contribute to global warming. It's a win-win proposition.

Thank God he did not starve to death....!

It must be devine intervention that he should go sooooooo long without a meal.

Betcha he snuck a twinky or two, or at least had a couple of double lat-ti-da coffiees at Starbucks during the day.....

Gotta give him credit for that amazing feat he accomplished....

"I learned that positive change can be made through nonviolent actions."

What in the world does that have to do with that murderer Che, I wonder?

Like to see him try the whole of Lent. And not the mussie style "Don't eat except when we eat at night" style fast either but an honest to god 24-hour christian fast. Water only, and maybe a bit of bread if you start to hallucinate. Bet he'd give up after two days.

I thought I detected a disturbance in the Force also, but it might have just been the burrito I had for lunch.

And note to file: I don't want either my awareness or consciousness raised, and solemnly promise to beat to a pulp anyone who proposes to do either, or who uses the word "nuance."

So help me God.

Wait a minute!

Doesn't fasting for C. Chavez take food from the mouths of the Communist Farm Workers he founded? I mean if nobody eats, there's no market for the lettuce they pick.

Tis a nasty web moonbats sew. Or a crooked row they weave. Or something like that........

Arch -

I went for 22 days without food back in 2004. Course I was in the hospital with a burst appendix... But I did a lot of praying! :-)

Remember the Code Pink definition of fasting - drinking beer and fruit blended slushies.

Why so many people knowingly consider liberalism is a brain disease:

Chicago Police Arrest Six Iraq War Protesters for Squirting Fake Blood on Easter Churchgoers

Absolutely stunning the depths of liberal lunacy. Absolutely stunning.

Hey - newest troll 'LT' - doesn't this make you proud of yourself and your brethren! How 'bout them idiots, huh??!

Posted by: Jimbo at March 23, 2008 7:01 PM

If some moonbat had done that at my Easter service, it would have been proof positive of divine intervention for me not to choke-slam him. Once again, we all notice that said moonbats didn't try this at the local mosque...

And permit me to address the trolls who will howl about my last post: Yes, choke-slamming some idiot protestor in my church would probably not be considered a loving act towards my enemy. That's the tough part about Christianity - Christ expects you not to give in to your sinful nature, even when it really seems like the thing to do.

Pablo -

Christ never meant for Christians to turn their bellies to tbe Beast. (Which is what liberalism is - the Beast.)

I'd help you slam the bastards.

Hey,
We reserve the right to defend ourselves. Who's to say there can't be some disease spread by even fake blood being squirted on you.
Somebody attacks me with some red liquid, I will take appropriate measures. Such as the ones mentioned above.
For protection of course.

I seem to remember Christ himself "drove" the Money Changers OUT OF THE TEMPLE.. to do that I'm sure he didn't "hug em out of there".

So just let me know when ya'll plan on choke slamming blaspheming, disrespectful moonbats, as I'll come help too!
