Minnesota Moonbats May Sink Power Plant in South Dakota
Plans to expand a power plant in South Dakota have been approved by the state's regulators, but not by those in neighboring Minnesota, which has resolved to generate 25% of its energy through "clean" sources — such as pixie dust and wishful thinking — by 2025. Since much of the power would be exported to Minnesota, the state that gave us Walter Mondale could sink the expansion:
"We're in a new era," said Dan Sharp, a spokesman for the five power companies proposing the project. "This is really a precedent-setting era where political activity in one state is having an impact on the economy and access to energy for people in other states."
Now your energy supply is threatened not only by the bureauweenies running your state, but by the kooks in charge of the state next door. Meanwhile, moonbats overtly hostile to the energy industry stand to take over the federal government. We could be in for some cold, dark winters.
On a tip from Kevin.

The coal industry should produce ads calling their product "BLACK POWER - Its what keeps the lights on..."

And at the end of the TV ad, they could show old 60s video of Black Panther thrusting fists into the air screaming "BLACK POWER !!!!"

Big Stone Power should build it anyway. Minnesota will need the power because wind power will never be any better than ships with sails compared to modern ships with motors.

Build two new nuke plants, re-open the American oil fields that were restricted in the seventies, build a new oil refinery and just watch the price of gas drop while the Arabs pee on themselves!

The sad thing is our Gov. is a big global warming groupie, with a big old fat R behind his name. Please remember we also elected a pro-wrestler.
