Jamaal Turner Is Dating Again

Young women in search of a friendship that could develop into a relationship have the opportunity to "hit up" Jamaal Turner via the website Inmate-Connection.
Turner's very short relationship with first-grade teacher Bridget Kelly didn't turn out so well. They met when he broke into her home, kidnapped her, robbed her, raped her, beat her, shot her three times, and left her for dead. Her story is featured today on the show I Survived.
Her father, journalist Michael Kelly (not the Michael Kelly who died in Iraq), describes the climax of their date:
The rapist didn't want to look her in the eyes as he killed her, so he told her to turn around. From about five feet away, he fired a 9 mm bullet into her back, just left of her spine. The bullet missed her heart and exited below her left breast. She fell. He stood over her and fired again. The bullet entered her upper-left buttock, ripped through her colon and exited just above the pubic area. For good measure, he fired again, the third bullet slashing across her lower back and creasing the flesh of her right elbow.
Somehow she survived. Jamaal Turner shouldn't have.
Dating again.
