Fatuous Moonbat Slogan of the Day

In honor of Cesar Chavez day, Phoenix refused to pick up my garbage, and a moonbat at Bowling Green State University stood around holding this sign:

fatuous_fool.jpg

The people of Tibet will be glad to hear that the Dalai Lama's approach must have worked after all. Say, why didn't we try using nonviolence to defend ourselves on 9/11?

Compliments of Sean M.

Right on, SeanM.

Those non-violence people are failures.

Mohandas Gandhi = Failire

Martin Luther King Jr. = Failure

Nelson Mandela = Failure

Jesus of Nazereth = Failure

Yes, the only way to prevent violence is lobbing cruise missles. They understand that. And invading countries that have already disarmed. And calling it a "Crusade". And torture.

That's what America is about, baby.

"Love thine enemy", indeed.

Jesus fights to win!

Catchy slogan...
sorta like
IF AL-QUEDA CHOPS MY HEAD OFF, IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE BECAUSE I'VE GOT NOTHING TO LOSE

Looks like a good slogan for the Miami Dophins.

The bastards didn't pick up my trash either.

Look...we ALREADY have a day for guys like Cesar Chavez...it's called LABOR DAY.

Why don't we just get it the hell over with here in Cali, and give us May 1 off as well...

How does that sound, Comrades?

Those non-violence people are failures.
Nelson Mandela = Failure

Liberals are self-parody: the leader of the military wing of the ANC who has admitted to authorizing a bombing that killed civilians is "non-violent"?

Next you'll tell us his wife Winnie, who once backed the barbaric practice of burning people alive by placing a gasoline filled tire around their neck is sainted.

Posted by: xantl at April 1, 2008 1:07 AM

America should have gone the nonviolent route during WW II? Then America would likely be carved with the western US being controlled by the Empire of Japan and the east being under Nazi Germany's control. Then again at least we wouldnt have any whiny liberals around since they would have been sent to extermination camps.

Likewise today with radical Islam, lets just surrender and see how the whiny atheist liberals react as their women are forced into Burqa's or stoned and their mens heads chopped off for refusing to convert to Islam.

If not for non-pacifists, pacifists would be extinct

There is no such thing as the United States without violence.

I wonder how well a non-violent approach would have worked for George and the boys back in the day. Somethign tells me, "not so much."

Non-violent approaches can be effective, but most of the time the intent of such an approach is to get yourself to look like a victim in order to create a cause; You basically let yourself be bullied.

"There is no such thing as the United States without violence."

This post is especially funny since it was published on Cesar Chavez's birthday.

This reminds me of those "If you want peace, work for justice" bumper stickers. Tell me, what injustice was it that caused Hitler to invade Poland (and the rest of Europe)? Did Hussein invade Kuwait because the Kuwaitis were unfair to him? When Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, what were the injustices that we had committed against them? And on and on.

Liberals reason by slogan ... if it has a nice ring to it, then it must be true.

No War for Oil!

Ent,

I think you have it bass ackward, son.

If the German people had demanded justice for its Jewish population and for the Poles, Hitler wouldn't have obtained the power he did.

If the Iraqi people had demanded justice from their leadership, Saddam wouldn't have risen to power. If the U.S. had applied its principles of justice, rather than arming Saddam in his war against Iran, he wouldn't have cemented his leadership.

If the Japanese people had demanded justice from their leadership instead of giving blind obedience to the emperor, the attach on Pearl Harbor wouldn't have happened.

If the citizens of Judea had demanded justice from Pontius Pilate, Jesus would not have been crucified and the murderer Barrabas killed instead.

The people you suggest, those who are attacked, desire justice but aren't in a position to effect justice. It's the enablers, those who empower the opressors (or look the other way) who must demand justice, for they are the only ones who can effect justice.

Whether you praise the pig, worship the pig from afar, or ignore the pig entirely, it's all the same to the pig.

My dad once told me about how "May Day" was celibrated in America in the thirties. But in later years, the COMMUNISTS hijacked it as "their" holliday and now, May first is just another day in the US, sometimes it's a day to be DREDDED, because the commies, anarchists and assorted idiots will often come out in packs and raise he//.

KHarn,

You're off topic here.

And didn't you get banned from this site for racist comments?

Posted by: Who's yer Army Dad? at April 1, 2008 5:10 PM

why would this site ban him for rascist comments? This site encourages rascist comments! In fact it's because of his rascist comments that he's kept around.

He should be banned for clearly lacking even a third grade education.

"Who's yer Army Dad? at April 1, 2008 5:10 PM"

I may be off-topic. I was direting the comment to Nigel:

"Why don't we just get it the hell over with here in Cali, and give us May 1 off as well..."

Dan Quail "banned" me, calling an honest truth I posted "racist". As you can see, he has no authority, Doesn't Van Helsing run this site? Dan was the only objection I read, not counting "Anonymous'" sneering comment on April 2, 2008 at 5:35 AM, so I doubt that anyone else found my comment 'racist'.

Danny-Boy, I have been accused of "racism" simply because I was born in the South, yet it has yet to be PROVED. "Racist" has become the standard retort of a Liberal when he has nothing to back up his accusations.
I'm not impressed.
