Shrillary Not Yet Desperate Enough to Let Us See Her Tax Returns
Posted by Dave Blount at February 12, 2008 8:58 AM
There must be something truly awful in Shrillary's tax returns. Even as her dream of becoming socialist queen swirls down the drain, she is handing ammo to her opponent Barack Hussein bin Abomination by refusing to make them public:
After the former first lady acknowledged she had lent her campaign $5 million in personal funds, Sen. Obama suggested she release her tax records as he has done to give voters a better accounting of where her money comes from.
As always, Hillbillary responded by sticking to their one principle: the best defense is a good offense.
"Senator Obama has some questions to answer about his dealings with one of his biggest contributors, Exelon — apparently he cut some deals behind closed doors to prevent them from full disclosure," Clinton said. "We still don't have answers about Senator Obama and his dealings with Mr. Rezko."
Exelon operates nuclear plants, and may have bought a break from excessive regulation for $200,000, payable to Obama campaigns. Rezko is a sleazy associate of B.O. who has been brought up on fraud charges. What either of them have to do with Shrillary's tax returns is anyone's guess.
Maybe Hitlery should play it safe by agreeing to make her tax returns public just as soon as John Kerry releases his full military records.

On a tip from Charles.
