Not with a Bang
Europeans have been perfectly aware of the dreadful fate their own moonbattery is unfolding for them, even if their government-owned media choose to ignore it. As The Brussels Journal was reporting back in 2006:
The German author Henryk M. Broder recently told the Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant (12 October) that young Europeans who love freedom, better emigrate. Europe as we know it will no longer exist 20 years from now. Whilst sitting on a terrace in Berlin, Broder pointed to the other customers and the passers-by and said melancholically: "We are watching the world of yesterday."
The exodus is already underway:
The number of emigrants leaving the Netherlands and Germany has already surpassed the number of immigrants moving in. One does not have to be prophetic to predict, like Henryk Broder, that Europe is becoming Islamic. Just consider the demographics. The number of Muslims in contemporary Europe is estimated to be 50 million. It is expected to double in twenty years. By 2025, one third of all European children will be born to Muslim families. Today Mohammed is already the most popular name for new-born boys in Brussels, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and other major European cities.
It looks like European Civilization will go out with a whimper, not a bang.
Broder is convinced that the Europeans are not willing to oppose islamization. "The dominant ethos," he told De Volkskrant, "is perfectly voiced by the stupid blonde woman author with whom I recently debated. She said that it is sometimes better to let yourself be raped than to risk serious injuries while resisting. She said it is sometimes better to avoid fighting than run the risk of death."
But in Europe's case, fighting is the only alternative to death. The option will not be open for much longer.

On a tip from Lyle.

This is scary stuff, especially when your roots trail back to Holland and Germany and you have clueless family and friends in these countries.
I recommend to all that a reading of Mark Steyn's book, "America Alone" will bring this islamification of Europe into stark focus. For extra credit read the hopefully not-prescient "Liberal Fascism" by Jonah Goldberg. And in addition, you will enjoy the wit and style of both of these authors!

likewise, I hope you are all brushing up on your Spanish. statistics regarding a hispanification of the US are pretty similar. Europe will be just fine as countries tighten up their immigration and extradition policies.
in 20 years you'll all be wishing you lived in Europe...Muslims or not.

"Anonymous" hashfan: As a woman, I'd rather live in North Mexico (USA) and not be subjected to sharia law, thank you very much.

Anon,
The situations are both grim, but I see a couple of differences. One is that native Europeans are extincting themselves by having only .6 kids per adult. We're at least hanging on to replacement rates here. Even if we don't do anything about it, our kids might. It'll be too late within two generations in Europe because the native kids will be outnumbered
Another difference is the ideology of the colonists. It's worse in the case of Europe.
The third difference is that their entitlement programs benefitting invaders are even more liberal than ours. Maybe we'll even that up if Obambi gets elected. ugh.
I'd say we're in the frying pan and they are already in the fire, but that's small consolation I suppose.

Bergbikr: Read both books. Amazing reads. I am still reeling from Goldberg's book.

I'm with Patrick Henry on this one.
