Jay Grodner Crawls Away

Jay Grodner, the self-described "radical liberal" who keyed an active Marine's car to express his contempt for the military, is no longer registered to practice law. Rogers Park Rake surmises that he declined to reregister so as to avoid disciplinary action, namely the revocation of his license. In other words: You can't fire me, I quit.
The courts gave Grodner a misdemeanor vandalism wrist slap, despite his having committed a felony. But it looks like there will be justice after all, as his career goes down in flames.
