Cuba under Castro Described as "Golden Age" by London Times
Bad news for readers of the London Times. The end of Fidel Castro's brutal rule over Cuba could ruin a "golden era" for Euromoonbat tourism.
If he releases political prisoners, Raul Castro could repair relations with the USA. American tourists in Cuba would spoil everything for European leftists who want to experience genuine Stalinism, untainted by "mainstream Westernization."
This would create a great opportunity for Disney, which could draw European tourists with a communist slave state theme park.

Well, let's see. I have a choice for vacation to go to Jamaica, the Caymans, Aruba, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, Bermuda . . .or, Cuba (while the walking cadaver is still moving about -- albeit slowly). Let's see . . .where shall I spend my hard-earned cash?
Why, I'll try the Socialist Paradise, of course! Wouldn't dream of frequenting those other hellholes when wonderful CUBER beckons!

Bloody hell, I can't imagine anything worse than having a bunch of yankee tourists running around Cuba, yammering about freedom, democracy and human rights.
Jose! Bring me another gin and tonic, you worthless cur, or I'll call the DGSE on you.

Castro is (was) the worst thing for Cuba. Shame on him, and shame on the exile community for helping prop up his regime, yes I said that and mean it. We helped the guy stay in power. The exiles are so enraged (rightfully so) that they only see blood and revenge and do not direct it proper. I am not saying I know the answer as the people in control in Cuba are that evil.

See, that is the difference in dumpster diving in a capitalist economy/country versus a third world socialist economy/country – the third world country does not use preservatives in it’s food that becomes trash. They do not have an FDA.
I hope that Cuban dude in the picture knows that the shelf time is very short and he is most likely to pray to Castro as he squats out what he ate.
US American poor, the best fed vagrants in the world. Don’t even get sick on the refuge before they go home to their welfare paid for apartments and flat screen TVs.
If you don’t believe me, just look at the Katrina Red Cross debit card fiasco.

Mr. Parker, if the exiles "are so enraged," why are they almost unamimously conservative? The ideology that props up not only Castro, but every other despotical dictator globally is the liberal credo that you yourself espouse. How do you explain that mental disconnect?

skh.pcola, why do you mock me then agree with me?
Posted by: Mr. Parker at February 25, 2008 12:33 AM
I mean we should have taken any power to take him down, this is not a union of workers he protects, but a dictator or as jimbo would call it a dick taster, but I disgess. Admit I am right on this, oh and I forgot it is ok to talk and disagree isn't it? Talk dude. I love the dialgoue, you and me are both men I hope.

that picture could have been taken on any street in any American city....probably was.
Posted by: hashfanaticFAN at February 25, 2008 1:12 AM
Nope, the pic wasn't taken in America. The truck gives it away. Those aren't found here. More hate America first from hash's butt buddy.
The exile community has been clamoring for 50 years for the Castro regime to be overthrown. Parker's ideological kin in the state dept. have prevented it. When he says "we" helped the guy stay in power he's talking about liberals.

Cuba can trade with every other country in the world besides the USA. The idea that the USA embargo is the cause of Cuba's woes is pure B.S. Castro is the cause of Cuba's woes.
Taiwan is a small island country that lives with a hostile, belligerent neighbor... yet they seem to be making out just fine.

That picture was clearly taken in Cuba - look at the vehicles on the street. And if you look at where it came from theres lots of other photos to put it in context.

Maybe Hashead and his groupie will move to Venezuela or Cuba to experience the wonders of a Socialist utopia.

I always wonder how the totalitarian gulag apologists can explain how you simultaneously have 100% free healtch care and the only HIV epidemic in the Western world?
Posted by: Bandit at February 25, 2008 10:36 AM
Bandit --- Or more to the point, why is it health nazis are hot to take away trans-fats, snack foods, and cigarettes, but actually encourage people to have promiscuous sex?
We've heard trolls whine that obese people and smokers drive up their health care costs, but what about the costs of treating AIDS, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes...

Asshat...er, Hashfan...just CAN'T believe that Castro's socialist paradise is that bad!
Posted by: Crush Liberalism at February 25, 2008 11:48 AM
Cuba IS a paradise...if you are part of the ruling elite or a Westerner with hard cash.
BTW Castro did not resign. According to the Milwaukee Journal he refused the nomination for president. I wonder how many other nominees for president there have been in the last 50 years.

My point was that that picture COULD be any major city in America.. Yeah yeah, i get it different trucks, but growing up in the big city, I've seen the exact same scene. Particularly under Republican admins.

"hashfanaticFAN at February 25, 2008 1:10 PM"
I've seen the same scenes too, it's what COMMUNIST RUSSIA has been sending to their admires in to spread around America for decades!
It's no wonder you've seen it, hfF, you believe ANYTHING your commie master tell you to believe.

"no, no you're right Kharn , no American has ever dug through a dumpster looking for sustenance."
You have TWENTY FOUR HOURS to tell us where I said that. Not enough time to track that post down? OK, make that 24 YEARS. If you need more time, let me know.
The clock is ticking.
