Crucial Naval Exercises Sacrificed to Enviromoonbattery

Enviromoonbattery threatens not only the economy, but even our military security:

U.S. District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper ruled Monday that the Navy is not exempt from complying with both the National Environmental Policy Act and a court injunction that created a 12 nautical-mile no-sonar zone off Southern California.

W signed a waiver last month, exempting the Navy because its antisubmarine exercises are vital to national security. But apparently Judge Florence-Marie can overrule the President.

Scientists are reportedly concerned that sonar might give dolphins and whales earaches, or confuse them when they're looking for food. They were also concerned that the military was killing young dolphins and porpoises — but it turned out other dolphins were the culprits.

The Navy has been using sonar for decades without encountering any evidence that it is hurtful to animals.

No doubt Iran, China, North Korea and Russia join tree-hugging envirowackos in applauding Ms. Cooper's decision.

Come on, W -- grow a pair (you used to have 'em). Discharge this idiot "judge" for sedition and treason, her own "high crimes and misdemeanors." Screw these Dhimmi judges! Anyone who interferes with national security should be canned immediately . . .

Is the resemblance to Shrillary prophetic?
