Behind Obama's Vapid Rhetoric, Two Unhinged Moonbats

Who is hiding behind Barack Obama's vapid rhetoric? We'd better find out fast if he's friend or foe, before he exploits our moonbattery to take control of the country. A piece at Asia Times Online looks for clues by studying the women in his life.

It's not a bad place to start, considering that B.O.'s mother was abandoned by his father soon after his birth. Anthropologist Ann Dunham went native and married Kenyan Barack Obama Sr., who shortly thereafter went back to his true love, the bottle waiting for him in Africa. Dunham was described by friends as a "fellow traveler" — i.e., a fifth-column communist sympathizer, drunk on ultra-left politics. Despite the Muslim name that makes him so appealing to liberals in the aftermath of 9/11, Islam isn't what makes Barack Hussein frightening:

The probable next president of the United States is a mother's revenge against the America she despised. […] Radical anti-Americanism, rather than Islam, was the reigning faith in the Dunham household. […] Barack Obama is a clever fellow who imbibed hatred of America with his mother's milk, but worked his way up the elite ladder of education and career. He shares the resentment of Muslims against the encroachment of American culture, although not their religion. He has the empathetic skill set of an anthropologist who lives with his subjects, learns their language, and elicits their hopes and fears while remaining at emotional distance. That is, he is the political equivalent of a sociopath. The difference is that he is practicing not on a primitive tribe but on the population of the United States.

His wife is another nefarious influence. The opportunities for power and wealth America has provided her have been repaid with contempt by Michelle Obama, who considers Whitey the enemy even at liberal Princeton, and knows Barack well enough not to fall for the hype:

No matter what the good intentions of Princeton, which founded her fortunes as a well-paid corporate lawyer, she wrote, "My experiences at Princeton have made me far more aware of my 'Blackness' than ever before. I have found that at Princeton no matter how liberal and open-minded some of my White professors and classmates try to be toward me, I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really don't belong."
Never underestimate the influence of a wife who bitch-slaps her husband in public. Early in Obama's campaign, Michelle Obama could not restrain herself from belittling the senator. "I have some difficulty reconciling the two images I have of Barack Obama. There's Barack Obama the phenomenon. He's an amazing orator, Harvard Law Review, or whatever it was, law professor, best-selling author, Grammy winner. Pretty amazing, right? And then there's the Barack Obama that lives with me in my house, and that guy's a little less impressive," she told a fundraiser in February 2007. […] New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd reported at the time, "She added that the TV version of Barack Obama sounded really interesting and that she'd like to meet him sometime."

For whatever neurotic reasons, this nasty woman feels "desperate […] frustration and disappointment" with America. Get ready to have that taken out on you.

Soon to be in a position to stick it good to the USA.

On a tip from Byron.

The media are averse to criticizing an African (American) and double-averse to criticizing an African (American) democrat. That's how politicians like Kwame Kilpatrick, William Jefferson, Cynthia McKinney et. al. can get away with most any corruption or scandal.

Which means 1.) Barack Obama will have the most corrupt administration in history and 2.) none of the MSM will dare touch it because any criticism of any person of color for anything is considered ipso facto racist.

Pretty heavy post.

"For whatever neurotic reasons, this nasty woman feels "desperate […] frustration and disappointment" with America. Get ready to have that taken out on you."

What ridiculous and carefully shrouded racist conclusions you come to. You truly have a sick mind, and need to be called on it.

Just below you have an example of some poster on anohter blog blowing off steam about Nancy Reagan. You have the nerve to become self rigteous about the entire left's so called vile attacks.

In the very next post you cherry pick some friggin' disgrace of an article by some guy named "Spengler" off of a disgrace of a propoganda type website. You then use this to launch your own vile attack on Michele Obama whom you refer to as "contempt filled", "nasty" "neurotic". I'm not gonna go back and read all the other trash you have talked, but there's more.

Serioulsly just how do you think you are any better than that guy who posted the hate on nancy Reagan? How are you bringing hard facts and level headed reason to the table on any of these issues. Your absurd conclusions and hysterical exaggerations are simply shameful.

Posted by: hashfanaticFAN at February 25, 2008 12:59 PM

Michelle Osama is like Condoleeza Rice's evil twin. Scary.

Posted by: Anonymous at February 25, 2008 1:03 PM

how do you think you are any better than that guy who posted the hate on nancy Reagan?

Because he no where expresses the wish that Michelle Obama deserves to die a horrible, agonizing death.

Posted by: V the K at February 25, 2008 1:05 PM

Why do people go on as if Obama is a done deal and is already as good as president? I don't see it. Legions of starry eyed college kids and a sycophantic MSM intent on anointing Obama as the chosen one does not a president make.

For one thing, don't you think that the damaging pictures and stories unearthed by blogs are also available to McCain's team? McCain will not be hamstrung, as is Clinton, with the inability to "club the baby seal", as Monica Crowley puts it.

Second, Michelle Obama cannot and will not shut up, and is good for another few jaw droppers, before the election. The public is unlikely to fancy the prospect of years of her haranguing.

Third, Ralph Nader has once again bowed to the calls from his ego and has thrown his hat into the wring. He will take votes away from Obama, not McCain, which is why Democrats are furious at him.

Fourth, when push comes to shove and it's time to make a decision, many of the old fashioned, war veteran, blue collar, salt of the Earth Democratic voters are going to go with the person with whom they feel, really feel, most at ease. That person is not Barack Obama.

The MSM ran constant pictures of Kerry and Edwards in front of adoring crowds as if that was a done deal, too, remember, and where are they now?

There is no preferable candidate for conservatives. I'm not crazy about John McCain. I'm especially pissed off with his lack of concern over the illegal immigrant problem. I was originally thinking of "voting strategically", and voting for Hillary, if she was the candidate, simply because I think there is a good chance she will get bogged down in her precious health care initiative, and everything else will go on the back burner.

But if the candidate is to be Obama, then fine. I will vote for McCain, who will win, simply because Obama is so far to the left of the average, VOTING, American, as opposed to those who make a lot of noise but don't actually make it to the voting booth.

There is a lot of time between now and November. Plenty of time to press Obama on what he really wants and how he really plans to pay for it.

Posted by: avalon at February 25, 2008 1:09 PM

Actually, McCain is being ham-strung by his own campaign finance law. Sweet juicy justice.

I honestly don't care about the upcoming election. It's between a hard-core socialist on the Democrat side and a soft-core socialist on the Republican side. John McCain has actually passed more liberal legislation than Barack Obama. So, it's a choice between an ineffective hard socialist and an effective soft-socialist.

I kinda enjoy having no dog in this hunt. It frees me up to attack both sides.

Posted by: V the K at February 25, 2008 1:16 PM

Oh v the coward, as long as you don't wish the person a horrible death, you're cool?

Don't worry those are posts are coming soon. Heck, we've seen a number of calls for the death of her husband, certainly one of the guys can muster up a poorly typed plea for the horrible end to Mrs. Obama.

what's most absurd is that Nancy Reagan, it could be argued actualloy held some influence over people's lives and may have pissed some people off. Michelle Obama has not earned the depth of hatred you dish out.

Posted by: hashfanaticFAN at February 25, 2008 1:22 PM

"I honestly don't care about the upcoming election."

Posted by: Anonymous at February 25, 2008 1:36 PM

Seriously, on the one hand yu get all wet down there because you think you are exposing Obama as some kind of charlatan who secretly at home plots along with his Muslim consiprators to conquer America. Essentialy, he's fooling us with some sort of magic ability to transform himself into this character who many, it seems, want to like and believe in.

Below this post, you have a piture of your hero, a professional, albeit B actor. A man trained in and who made a livng creating characters. Here he is meticulously made up, coif sweetly laid up with his little b movie star smile. The same smile he used in all his old promo photos. There he is looking like he's sitting on the set of the most recent b western. You bought that hook line and sinker.

No acting going on there though.

Recently, in what should be described as a Freudian slip, Michelle Obama announced that, during her formative years, she “was not proud of America”.

It is obvious that, as a young girl, Michelle had been pre-programmed to believe that any perceived difficulties she encountered in her life were due to the ‘The Man’ wanting to keep her down because of her gender and ethnicity.

It made no difference that ‘The Man’, in creating Affirmative Action, was responsible for her getting into institutions like Princeton and Harvard even though she lacked the merit to do so.

Still, she was bound and determined to prove that her pre-programming was correct, which her thesis attempts to do, in spite of the fact the many of the black students she surveyed didn’t, to her chagrin, meet the template of her thesis.

But, today at age 44, she still refuses to acknowledge what America has done for her in giving her the freedom to be able to create a successful life, and in the possibility that she may become the First Lady of the United States even though it has been ‘The Man’, the white voters, who have been responsible for catapulting the Obamas into a heretofore unimaginable circumstance.

It would appear that, because of her gender and ethnicity, she still believes that she ‘deserves’ everything she’s got, and the word grateful doesn’t enter into her thoughts.

In reading parts of her thesis, I have come to the conclusion that she was, and may still be an ethnically confused woman.

She wants to be considered equal and become a full participant in society while at the same time balking at society’s requirement to assimilate in order to do so.

She writes: “further integration and/or assimilation into a white cultural and social structure that will only allow me to remain on the periphery of society; never becoming a full participant.” And, "I based my definition on the premise that there is a distinctive black culture very different from white culture."

Her premise seems to indicate that it is the ‘white culture’ that has been defining the ‘black culture’, which has resulted in her being out on the “periphery of society”.

Well, let see how the ‘white culture’ has created two separate societies and has forced blacks into creating their own culture:

1. While whites talk, whites forced blacks to Rap.

2. While whites wear their hats forward, whites forced blacks to wear theirs sideways.

3. While whites waltz, whites forced blacks to Hip Hop.

4. While whites live in a neighborhood, whites forced blacks to live in a hood.

5. Whites even forced Civil Rights, Affirmative Action, and EEOC on them.

I can go on forever listing how whites have forced blacks into a culture that they really don’t like.

As for her thesis it is, of course, ridiculous and does indicate that she is a very confused woman in that she wants to remain ethnically pure but, at the same time, not be on the “periphery of society”.

It’s a nice trick if she can pull it off.

Just for the record, somebody else came up with "voting strategically"; it wasn't me. I read it somewhere and could understand the thinking behind it. I can also see that a McCain vote could be strategic (as I think some have mentioned here), based on his choice of vice president and his age. The only candidacy I just can't see a path through, no matter which way I hold it up to the light, is Obama's.

Posted by: avalon at February 25, 2008 2:57 PM

You know the reasons left-wingers are so unhinged, and yes, our resident trolls fall into this category. Becaue to be a left-winger, you have to hold two absolute pillars of faith in your mind.

1. America is a rotten country, and her government is evil and corrupt.

2. The American government must be made massively larger and more powerful.

No one can believe both of these things at the same time and not be insane.

Posted by: V the K at February 25, 2008 3:03 PM

Whereas a right-winger believes that 1.) America is basically good 2.) American government should be restrained, as much as possible, to those things that are actually good and useful for it to do. If someone else can do it better, than it's not the government's business.

Posted by: V the K at February 25, 2008 3:29 PM

And don't forget, the alternative to Obama is Hillary Clinton, a woman whose legal history includes viciously attacking the character of a 12 year old rape victim.

Lovely people, the left.

I think we are all gonna need special prayer spots if obama or hillary win.

I know of a couple nice potholes on on some very busy streets that could be converted to footbaths.

Hash must have been on a hillary blog when he read about threats to obama. No one here did, or would say such a thing. Only a leftard blog would allow that.

Any of the trolls here got their "Obama Nation" bumper stickers yet?

Even scarier than Obama and his entourage are the comments of Hash and his ilk.

Had he lived in Soviet Russia he would be praising Stalin even while he slaughtered millions, the same goes for Hitler's Germany, Mao's China, on and on.

You are worse than pathetic, Hash, you are DANGEROUS because you are such a moron.

No, Hemleck, you are wrong. Those hopes and threats for Obama's untimely death were expressed right here. A few times in the last week alone. I'm betting there are many more to come.

V the K, you said much in one sentence.

Gee HashFAN, everytime I post something your buddy hashmark disagrees with he askes me if my son is dead yet? I suppose that is quite acceptable and not the same thing as a leftard wanting Obama to meet his maker, eh? All is cool in libtard land. You people are nausiating.

Michelle Obama, by her own words, is a hate filled woman wanting to even the score with America. That is scarier than Hillary in the White House.

Posted by: HoosierArmyMom at February 26, 2008 4:56 AM

HoosierMom, I don't condone all of hash's comments.

I sincerely hope your son makes it home in one piece. Hopefully, he will come back and realize that he has been used and abused and will devote the rest of his life to righting the wrongs of this administration, while openly discussing the horrors of war.

Not only do I hope he does not suffer physical wounds, I also hope that he maintains mental competency and does not suffer from the mental anguish, inability to readjust, homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, and general depression that is so prevelant among our veterans.

I also hope that he has not been subjected to harmful, experimenal, chemical weapons that the US has been so eager to try out in other wars.

Moreover I hope that, unlike so many other families of veterans, that your family finds Veteran services to be fair and adequate and well fuctioning, so that your son has the best chance of a new life back at home.

The odds are pretty bad, but I do hope he comes home alright.

"Thank you hashFAN, I may not agree with everything you believe, but I can respect your right to believe and state it."

That may be true, HoosierArmyMom, but that still doesn't make his comments any LESS insulting.
There was a time when such moronic rants would be answered with a demand for an appoligy, or an explination, or the naming of the time and place where the matter would be settled with weapons. People today may see dueling as barbaric, but back then, people were not so quick to insult others because they knew that they could be backing up their words with their LIVES. Today idiots spew abuse at others from the safety of their keyboards.
PS: I have posted the truth about islamic atrosities on muslim sites along with my NAME AND HOME ADDRESS, inviting any terrorists to come and try their hand at retribution.

Posted by: KHarn at February 26, 2008 5:29 PM

KHarn, when stating views goes into insults and name calling that is "verbal abuse" and not the free speech which we are all lucky men who are willing to defend that, have not been in short supply during our nations history. I will defend anyones right to say what they believe, but should have qualified, in a manner that demonstrates respect, and the ability to agree to disagree. In the old days, a person could demand satisfaction, duel, someone dies, end of dispute. It seems the electronic age has given the cowards an opportunity to spew without fear of getting their butt kicked. The world wide web makes it too easy to be abusive I think. Let me know if you need any backup KHarn, I would love to kick some cowardly terrorist butt!!!
