25% of Brits Don't Know Churchill Was Real

Moonbattery is so close to obliterating British civilization that according to a recent survey, one in four Britons doesn't believe Winston Churchill was real.

Seen by many as the greatest Briton of all time, Churchill is considered by others to be a mythical character, not as real as Robin Hood because you don't seem him on TV as often. The Duke of Wellington is also widely considered to be fictional.

Historian Correlli Barnett comments:

This suggests a complete lack of common sense and respect for our greatest heroes of the past. Churchill and Wellington were great men, but this suggests we no longer value people of great achievement. It's all about celebrities and popular culture. What it also tells us is what is going wrong in our school curriculums. Something must be completely lacking in our national education that people could be so ignorant as to think these people never actually existed.

It used to be said, "There will always be an England." But England will only exist so long as it remembers its glorious past — which is why education cannot be left in the hands of moonbats.

Ironic how the British Empire colonized half the globe, promptly forgot itself, stopped teaching history, and itself became the target of hostile colonization.
The weak-minded are the easiest to colonize. It's embarrassing to call the UK our mother country.

Good Gosh! 75% of Britons think Winston Churchill was real?! Crazy!

Next they'll be saying the Holocaust was real.

Unfortunately, education is firmly in the hands of moonbats, and there is really very little chance of that changing anytime soon. Here in the U.S., Republicans were in charge of both the White House and congress and couldn't push vouchers through; nothing will happen with the party of the NEA in power. Most parents can't afford to move their kids out of public schools. Without parents putting pressure on administrators to take ideological indoctrination out of the classroom, it will only get worse for guys like Winston.

"...this suggests we no longer value people of great achievement."

The historian summed it up pretty well there.

Maybe some moonbat film maker like Oliver Stone will step in and make sure everyone will know who Churchill was. I can see the moonbat depiction of Churchill already: Churchill - a cussing, cigar smoking, whiskey chugger who botched some ridiculous invasion of the peace-loving Ottoman Empire leading to his first downfall. Then Brits turned to him again out of desperation a couple decades later, but came to their senses and threw him out of office as soon as things calmed down a bit. Moonbat Churchill story complete.

Wait, not quite complete.

Starring James Brolin as the crass, warmongering half-American Chirchill.

Forest, if it is an Oliver Stone production - more like Ward Churchill playing Winston.

Face it, Ward already has the bad teeth to pull it off.

Meanwhile, more and more Brits are being suckered into the myth that socialism and dhimmitude will make their lives so much better.

He could buy the rights to David Irving's Churchill's War.

David Irving.

Oliver Stone.

Two great tastes [for some values of "great"] . . .

I thought Winston Churchill was a character created by a tobacco company to promote Winston cigarettes back in the 1950s! Next you know they will be trying to tell us Abraham Lincoln was real and not just a character from an episode of Star Trek in the 1960s. Geesh people! Where will this end?

Eventually, 100% of the World citizenry won't know that Britain was once real.
