Weather Report
Since the mainstream media can no longer be trusted to report even on the weather without lying to advance the liberal agenda, here's some factual weather news from the last year:
- Record New Year's snowfall in Michigan.
- Record Christmas snowfall in Denver.
- Record December snowfall in New Hampshire.
- Record snowfall in Anchorage.
- Near record snowfall in Upstate New York.
- Near record snowfall in Boston.
- Near record snowfall in Wisconsin.
- Hurricane season fizzles, despite frantic predictions.
- Record high ice levels in Antarctica.
- Coolest year since 2001.
Now back to the liberal media:
- 2007 data confirms warming trend.
- Planet careens toward global warming apocalypse!!!

I currently live in Austin and work in Honolulu. (Helluva commute.) Austin has had WAY cool weather. About a half-dozen frosts a year is generally it. There's been twice that so far this winter - after an unusually cool summer. I was there for Thanksgiving and again on Christmas and thought I was going to freeze to freaking death.
AND... I wore a jacket to work today in Honolulu.
Global warming sucks.

Or in haiku form:

We live in a global, interconnected world. So let's not focus just on the United States, please.

You mean the polar bears are not going to disappear? I know some folks that live close to the Arctic Circle that are going to be disappointed to hear that.

And in Des Moines, Iowa, where's it's 9 degrees (F) this morning, thousands of Democrats will go to caucus for Hillary, BO, or Silky ... because they promise to stop Global Warming, even if they have to destroy the economy to do it.
Speaking of the Breck Girl, the Breck Girl is running a blatantly dishonest ad in Iowa featuring a "laid-off" Maytag worker who in actuality turns out to be a Democrat activist. Furthermore, the same month this guy lost his job, Maytag paid out millions to Silky Pony's brethren in the trial bar.

oh ye of little faith in St. Algore. Didn't you know that global warming causes increased snowfalls? It can also cause lower temperatures. Weather is now completely caused by humans.

Here in Florida, we're also going through a rather nasty (By Florida standards, anyway) cold front.
As a Floridian, I've long known that a lot of what Gore says is crap, especially regarding hurricanes. Where I live, hurricanes are a very real threat August- October of each year. I rode out Charley in 2004, and Wilma in 2005. By the Goracle's logic, we should be facing more and stronger hurricanes each year. However, for the last two hurricane seasons, we have not been hit by a single one, or even by a tropical storm.

Back to the liberal media. Out here in California, Stanfool prof. says we get to die first. Gotta love these "state of the art" computer models.

Ya know, we should all be jumping in to this issue by creating carbon offset companies. Sucking money out of gullible liberal pockets would be a good thing!

I've read the preceding comments and they all make sense. However, the sad thing is that we have people in places that make decisions, who don't make any sense; so it really doesnt' matter what we think or believe. The same with the price for a gallon of gas. WEe are not short on oil. Our higher price at the pump translates directly into profit for the oil companies. Every time gasoline goes up, they come out with a new reason, and none of these reasons have ever materialized. China and India driving more cars??? Let China and India pay for their own gasoline. Not us. What are we to do? Help Mom!

It was about 7 degrees by me (in Connecticut) this morning, and the high is only expected to be in the low 20s today.
Yep, global warming's a bitch.
