Two More Casualties of British Socialized Medicine
As noted earlier this morning, British medical authorities have been covering up deaths resulting from infections acquired thanks to hospitals' deplorable conditions. In light of this, it's probably no coincidence that two new mothers died in a British hospital on December 21 from identical infections.
Both Amy Kimmance, 39, and Jasmine Pickett, 29, were claimed by streptococcus A infections. From Fox News:
A spokesperson for the hospital where the women gave birth told The Daily Mail that their deaths appeared to be coincidental and unconnected to the hospital.
But independent infection experts tell the paper both women were probably infected from the same source.
Until our own medical care has been destroyed by socialism, British mothers are encouraged to come to the USA as illegal immigrants when it's time to give birth. Mexican mothers have been using this approach to get the best medical care in the world.
On tips from Conan in Iraq and Bob.

too bad I can't store up 10 years of doctor's visits like I'm doing with incandescent light bulbs.
One would think people'd be getting it, about the odd coincidence of socialized medicine on the one hand, and rampant medical disasters and deaths, on the other. But no. Sadly, Shrillary or Obama will have to install socialism in our hospitals for people to get the message, and then it'll be too late

The fantasist Van Helsing strikes again!
"...acquired thanks to hospitals' deplorable conditions."
Before you concoct such potentially slanderous assertions you should really have the common decency to have a look at NHS hospitals for yourself: the NHS provides health care that's up there with the best (worldclass is the term often used to describe it). No system is of course 100% perfect, whether private or public but to extrapolate from minor imperfections and claim 'conditions are deplorable' is enormously misleading. Still, you won't have any compunction about that: your readers will generally speaking lap it all up of course...
"Until our own medical care has been destroyed by socialism, British mothers are encouraged to come to the USA as illegal immigrants when it's time to give birth."
More complete and utter bullshit. This 'socialism' of which you speak simply doesn't exist here, nor does it exist in the US. Show me those "British mothers [that] are encouraged to come to the USA as illegal immigrants when it's time to give birth".
I do know one case of an American in my home town who came to Britain because he couldn't afford the $80,000 price tag of his heart transplant, not covered by his insurance (he's lived here ever since). Am I to jump to drastic conclusions regarding the cost of private health care in the US? No, because unlike you I'm not a Manichean airhead...
The term 'socialized medicine' by the way is nothing more than Republican NuSpeak: there really is no such word as 'socialized', it's just that it sounds a little... well, like 'Socialism', doesn't it?

I'll just hit the high (Or do I mean "low) points of your post:
"The fantasist Van Helsing strikes again!"
You open with an vieled insult.
"Before you concoct such potentially slanderous assertions you should really have the common decency to have a look at NHS hospitals for yourself: the NHS provides health care that's up there with the best (worldclass is the term often used to describe it)."
Then they should be able to provide basic sanitary conditions, right? The British people have been complaining about the LONG WAITS for basic helth care for a few DECADES.
"This 'socialism' of which you speak simply doesn't exist here, nor does it exist in the US."
The "socialism" of which he speaks IS here in the form of government-controled services. Have you listened to the Liberal/Socialists? (Former Democrat party) They want more and more government programs, many that will take over from private business, they want federalation of LOCAL governments and services. They are not bringing it all at once, but little by little.
"Show me those "British mothers [that] are encouraged to come to the USA as illegal immigrants when it's time to give birth"."
Oh, ha ha. What are they going to do? WALK across the OCEAN like Mexican women walk across the southern border?
"I do know one case of an American in my home town who came to Britain because he couldn't afford the $80,000 price tag of his heart transplant, not covered by his insurance (he's lived here ever since). Am I to jump to drastic conclusions regarding the cost of private health care in the US?"
Liberals always throw out an extreem case. Hey, my second cousin had to have BLOOD PLATLETS EVRY DAY and I provided them every other week (All that was alowed for MY health), yet he DIED!
Want to talk about CUBAN hospitals?
"No, because unlike you I'm not a Manichean airhead..."
More insults. Let's move on......
"The term 'socialized medicine' by the way is nothing more than Republican NuSpeak: there really is no such word as 'socialized', it's just that it sounds a little... well, like 'Socialism', doesn't it?"
Ask the communists about it. Back in the sixties I heard a lot of leftists talk about a "socialized" America. It's a real term, invented by communist leaders long before you or I were born. (1957 for me)
While you're at it, why don't you look this up, it might open your eyes:
