British Blogger Lionheart to Be Jailed for Offending Muslims
The UK's slide into totalitarianism is picking up steam. British blogger Lionheart is facing jail time for posting comments deemed insensitive to the Muslim hordes overrunning the country.
Lionheart allegedly violated the Racial and Religious Hatred Bill. Under this bill, Britons can be thrown in jail for complaining about being terrorized and displaced by Muslim colonizers. The direct equivalent would be imprisoning citizens for criticizing German behavior during the Blitz. Thank God Winston Churchill didn't live to see this.
Currently out of the country, Lionheart faces a lengthy prison sentence if he returns home. His situation is heartwrenching:
What has become of my homeland, the land my forefathers fought and died for on the battlefields of the world when one of their children is forced into the position of facing years in prison for standing up for what is right and just within British society.
Through their moonbat allies, Muslims have in effect already conquered the country, and are able to jail those they find politically inconvenient. Britain dealt with Napoleon and Hitler, but it is succumbing to an infestation of dhimmi quislings, a life form several levels below slime mold.
If the British are going to rebel, now would be a good time. It will soon be too late. Although Islam is only an opportunistic infection enabled by the still more severe disease of liberalism, it is likely to prove fatal for Britain, whose future existence is no longer secure.

We love you, Coeur de Lion, and hope you'll be okay. Didn't see where you might be "hiding out," that is, at least you're not in British territory right now (good thing!), but stay safe and keep blogging!
Great Britain may be gone (or soon will be), but we need all the help we can get here, across the pond, with morons like Usama bin Obama-Winfrey, the Hildabeast and Scumbag Lawyer Edwards trying to gain control of this nation and turn it over to the Jihadists, lock, stock and barrel.
Even worse than that, about 80% of the Republicans, including the current president, seem to want to do anything they can to help them along in this pursuit (unthinkable just a few years ago, but such is the state of the party thanks to political correctness and "multi-culturalism," two hideous cancers eating away at us 'een as we speak).
No need for another 9/11 -- we're handing the Islamofascists the world on a silver platter, as it were, with everything our politicians do on a daily basis. Soon enough, it will be a crime to be anything BUT a Muslim; try worshipping as a Jew or a Christian, and the FBI will be smashing down your door to take you away to one of several hundred Muslim Re-Education Camps.
Sounds farfetched? Yeah, just wait and see . . .

Van, Van, Van... here you go again with your ridiculous hyperbole:
"Under this bill, Britons can be thrown in jail for complaining about being terrorized and displaced by Muslim colonizers."
If Lionheart gets charged with anything (and that remains a BIF IF at the moment) then that will have nothing to do with "complaining about being terrorized and displaced by Muslim colonizers". Lionheart is perfectly entitled to complain about whatever takes his fancy, also under the Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006 (this is the actual law, not the Bill to which you linked - not that I would expect a nincompoop like you to grasp the difference between the two), which states quite clearly under 29 J:
Protection of freedom of expression
Nothing in this Part shall be read or given effect in a way which prohibits or restricts discussion, criticism or expressions of antipathy, dislike, ridicule, insult or abuse of particular religions or the beliefs or practices of their adherents, or of any other belief system or the beliefs or practices of its adherents, or proselytising or urging adherents of a different religion or belief system to cease practising their religion or belief system.
But Lionheart's alleged offence (right now he is only a SUSPECT) becomes clear from high up in the act:
An Act to make provision about offences involving stirring up hatred against persons on racial or religious grounds.
It's hard not to see from Lionheart's blog(s - he has three of them) how a considerable part of his writings do NOT constitute 'stirring up hatred against persons on racial or religious grounds' because that's exactly what he seems to be doing (for the most part - he does make some valid points too) and the comment section of his blogpost is a perfect testimony to the fact that Lionheart is actually achieving his goal. It's of course Lionheart's constant equating of British Muslims with the Islamists that has landed him in this spot of bother. I've read many invitations by US wingnuts for Lionheart to seek asylum in the USA. I hope he accepts them: good riddance! Unfortunately, for this kind of offence, extradition appears to be a real possibility. I guess he'll just have to face the music...
I doubt very much that Lionheart will do any time: most likely he'll be let off with a warning and a light slap on the wrist (I would agree with that).
"[...] it is likely to prove fatal for Britain, whose future existence is no longer secure."
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... HAHAHAHAHA... (pissing myself) HAHAHAHA... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA... (trying to regain composure) HAHAHAHAHAHA... HAHA...
You can be funny, dude...

"zstirring up hatred" should not be a crime. People should be entitled to "hate' (which today just means have a moral objection to the status quo)

So, basically Gert agrees that it's okay to prosecute people who express politically incorrect opinions.

Gert, let me write your future for the next month.
You will post here approximately 10 more times. In each new post, you will get one increment more sandboxy as you attempt to goad the blogger or his commenters into a response (e.g. "Van...Van...Van"). Few will bother responding, though once in a while, someone will, as in this comment. Failing to engage anyone, or get something in return other than mild, disinterested derision, you will get a tad more abusive. That will cause the few people who bother at all, to just ignore you, which will irritate you further. You will then have 1 or 2 final posts in which you lash out, even knowing, as you type, that no one cares. Your final post may be deleted for its stupidity and abusiveness; however, tests have shown that in almost 3 % of cases, people such as yourself are able to regain self-control and avoid getting to that point. Either way, you will then be gone, forever.
Just lettin' you know how it goes down.

It's good to see this story exploding around the blogosphere.
I am interviewing Lionheart on my internet radio show on Thursday, January 17 at 6 pm PST. The show is called Political Vindication Radio, and can be found at BlogTalkRadio.com. If you want to express your support for Lionheart in his fight against censorship - here's a chance to speak to him and tell him so in person.
My radio page: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/politicalvindication
Let's get the word out, and let Lionheart know we support him!
