$150 Fine for Saying the "N Word"

In Passaic, New Jersey, a man has been fined $150 for uttering the unspeakable "N word." Mayor Sammy Rivera applauds the ruling, explaining than the perpetrator should be "at least fined," because "It's everybody's city, everybody's country."

That would mean it's even white people's country. But I doubt saying "cracker" or "white boy" or "honky" will result in any fines.

However, other words will inevitably follow "nigger" into unspeakable status due to their political incorrectness. I wonder how long the phrases "Muslim terrorist" and "tax cut" will last.

On a tip from Wiggins.

Ooooh! You said "nigger." I'm tellin'!

It wasn't MEANT to be "everybody's country." The Founding Fathers and Americans used to share the belief that America was the product of European civilization-which IT IS. Diversity IS NOT STRENGTH. I know that according to modern PC standards, white people are not allowed to have countries or places to call thier own, but that's because cowardly white people won't stand up for thier own civilization. America is not and never will be a universal nation for everybody because that isn't possible. Whites are fleeing the immigrant dominated sections of the country for the interior and major sociologists like Putnam now admit that racial diversity essentially destroys the sense of community that freedom needs to flourish. White's are under assault and they need to wise up.

Chris is correct.

It may not be a pleasant reality to accept, but it is a reality nonetheless.

Well, there goes the 1st Amdendment....

In a related stupid lawsuit, a moonbat claims that the right to lie about his service record is protected free speech. Good news for John Kerry, Tom Harkin, Mayor Bob Levy of Atlantic City, and Jessie MacBeth I guess.

I guess that's good news for the New York Slimes, too, as they broaden their campaign to smear people they don't approve of as murderers and dangerous to society. First it was Iraq war veterans, now, homeschoolers. Next, the New York Times will "discover" that people who favor tax cuts are more likely to beat puppies.

And speaking of New Jersey...

Press release: 'Hillary Clinton, joined by New Jersey governor John Corzine and Michigan governor Jennifer Granholm, will discuss solutions for the American economy.'

That's like Hugo Chavez taking economic advice from Robert Mugabe and Kim Jong-Il.

Michigan's unemployment rate hit 7.6 % least month. That's only 40% higher than the national unemployment rate. Way to go, Jenny! And New Jersey has the highest tax burden and fourth highest overall tax burden in the USA.

I guess then anyone caught reading Tom Sawyer will get fined too when they read the parts about "Nigger Jim"?

Apparently, he wasn't wearing enough bling.

Posted by: baldeagle390 at January 17, 2008 6:07 AM

The first posting says it all about the fans of this site. Could it be any more racist? Way to go Chris!

Posted by: Zulu at January 17, 2008 8:18 AM

Correction, 2nd posting although the first is pretty bad too.

Posted by: Zulu at January 17, 2008 8:20 AM

Actaully no joke but, they edited out "NIGGER JIM" in tom sawyer books, sent to grade school libraries.

YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!

Posted by: furballz at January 17, 2008 8:46 AM

Correction: only non-blacks will be fined for using the "n" word. Blacks use it in rap songs all the time but I rarely hear them complaining about it. I wonder how long until heterosexuals are fined for using the word "fag".

Zulu,

You will note that the only person to agree with the mysterious Chris is the troll "HashFanatic"

So to blame this racist trash on the fans of this blog is erroneous.

It is completely illogical to assume that the viewpoint of the critics of this blog represents the fans of this blog.

I denounce those racist remarks and they do not represent the opinions of the loyal fans of Moonbattery.com, but they do represent the opinions of trolls who criticize this blog.

There's a difference between being fined and paying the fine.

Free speech is eroded with acquiescence to the repression.

Dog Chapman and Imus showed how to contribute to the demise of free speech by immediately laying down and quivering.

I guess my automatic lawn sprinkler system would be fined heavily in NJ. Every time it goes on it goes: spic, spic. spic...chink... nigger, nigger, nigger

Posted by: JamesB at January 17, 2008 12:31 PM

Hold a RAP concert and the city will be able to declare a "tax holliday" for at least a year!

Posted by: KHarn at January 17, 2008 6:03 PM

No, FN, I am no troll, and my comment was, sadly, sincere.

The concept of forced diversity really HASN'T worked, and America is not the only country where this true.

I think the other nations expected more of us and I think we expected more of ourselves, but perhaps the goals we set for ourselves were unrealistic and overly optimistic, and it's entirely possible we as a nation placed too much emphasis on the importance of diversity, while everything else went to holy hell.

there goes chris rock's gig.

Posted by: nanc at January 17, 2008 11:36 PM

Incidentally, the mayor of Passaic happens to be a crook, recently busted.

Posted by: hashfanatic at January 18, 2008 12:54 AM

Chris's comment was more than just anti-forced diversity.

He spoke of Whites being under assault. His segregationalist diatribe decrying cowardly white people who won't stand up for their own civilization is a scary call to arms.

I am confident that you are not a Timothy McVeigh, but I'm not so sure about Chris.

Posted by: Freedom Now at January 18, 2008 3:59 AM

Yet Chris seems to feel home here on a right wing blog. He seems to feel comfortable openly expressing his caveman views here. Why is that? I'm willing to wager that Chris identifies himself as a conservative, that he votes Republican, and that you and he agree on far more than you disagree on.

Chris represents the hidden conservative agenda, and the exposes the right for what they really are, but don't care to be honest about.

Posted by: hashfanaticFAN at January 18, 2008 4:10 AM

"Yet Chris seems to feel home here on a right wing blog."

Then what's YOUR EXCUSE for being here? Killing time untill the weekly CROSS-BURNING?

Posted by: KHarn at January 18, 2008 2:44 PM

Chris actually catches heat from the commentators here most of the time that he comments here. Even when Hash enthusiastically agrees with the Chris troll.

Youre right KHarn, FanaticFAN is a regular commentator here so he or she must represent the Conservative "hidden agenda". LOL

Anyways, I can guarantee that Chris hates President Bush and will vote for someone in 2008 that just about everyone here hates. Probably the 9/11 Truther Ron Paul or someone like that.

$150 for saying it once?
One of the Wayans brothers (Daman, I think) was performing stand- up at the same club where Michael Richards made his infamous outburst some months before, and said the "N" word loads of times (At one point, he said something like, "I'm not gonna let a white boy be the last one to say that," revealing himself to be surprisingly proud and protective of a word which for centuries was used to dehumanize his race), he got fined, but I think it was only about $20 for each time he uttered it during his act. Heck, that asinine, nauseating TV show "The Boondocks" (Based on the asinine, nauseating comic strip of the same name which my newspaper thankfully stopped running a couple years ago) has characters slinging around the "N" word every 10-15 seconds, and its creators have not been fined, to the best of my knowledge.
