Why Bush = Hitler Explained on NPR
Posted by Dave Blount at November 21, 2007 9:29 AM
You had to know that someday we would get something for the taxpayer money flushed down National Public Radio. Here it is at last — the payoff: an explanation as to why President Bush is equivalent to Adolf Hitler.
This counterintuitive belief is accepted on faith by moonbats, but NPR brought on former Al Gore adviser Naomi Wolf so that we can all understand why a regrettably moderate conservative president should not be distinguished from a genocidal totalitarian socialist dictator. Take it away, Naomi:
I stick very rigorously to the evidence. You had the Nazis unloaded coffins at night. We saw coffins being unloaded at night. They talked about enhanced interrogation, meaning torture. Karl Rove talked about enhanced interrogation, meaning torture. They said, you know, we've got to invade Czechoslovakia, because it’s a staging ground for terrorists. We said we had to invade Iraq, a country we're not at war with, because they're torturing their ethnic minorities, it’s a staging ground for terrorists, and they hate our freedoms. I don't need to draw an analogy. The analogies are there.
If that's not enough, the troubles in Pakistan are further proof of W's fascistic iniquity. She calls for a "democracy movement" in America, since presumably Bush will be declaring martial law before the elections next November.
Here's further evidence of Wolf's thesis that America is actually a police state: we are forced to finance bogus propaganda via state-controlled media like NPR.
