"Undocumented" Child Molester Had Documents After All
A little follow-up on the story of Jesus Mora Nava, an "undocumented worker" who had been deported back to Mexico following an arrest for public intoxication, but had snuck back across the unguarded border to live in the woods in Poway, California, where he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old boy:
He has pled guilty, and faces a maximum of 16 years in prison plus deportation, meaning that he'll have to go to the trouble of sneaking across the border again, assuming it hasn't been officially abolished by the time he gets out in a couple of years. He's also pled guilty to "using false documents to conceal his citizenship status."
Like many of Harry Reid's "undocumented Americans," Nava is neither American nor undocumented; it's just that his documents were fake. But Dems will no doubt correct that, even if some of them have been forced to retreat on drivers licenses for illegals for the time being.
