Moonbat Spits on Paul Tibbetts' Memory
As mentioned yesterday, WWII hero Paul Tibbetts died Thursday at age 92. He is best known as the pilot of the plane that dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima, helping to secure a quick Japanese surrender. According to General Douglas MacArthur, this saved us 10 years of war and 1 million American lives. Progressives so hate Tibbetts for his service to this country that he had to forego a funeral and even a grave because moonbats would have defiled them.
But moonbats are defiling his memory anyway. A post by "kayinmaine" at the liberal site White Noise Insanity includes this charming sentiment:
I spit on him.
The author claims that Tibbetts was a "typical reich winger throughout his life." If "reich winger" means the opposite of a modern liberal, then this is certainly true — and all the more reason to honor Tibbetts' memory. It's tragic that he died knowing that the America he served and helped save is degenerating into a country where sniveling pampered vermin spit up bile like this:
Well, apparently this "big brave reich winger" didn't want Americans to stand around his grave protesting what he had done in WWII! Wow! If you're a big brave hero who saved America, wouldn't you think that you would want Americans TO USE THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS THAT YA FOUGHT FOR IN WORLD WAR II for the opportunity to dissent against your own barbarianism? Nope! Typical reich wing coward ole Tibbetts was.
Like many leftists, kayinmaine feigns an interest in civil liberties, as if these would be secure under the rule of America's enemies. Yet according to a commenter at Free Republic, the same moonbat makes this threat against conservatives who post comments with which he/she/it disagrees:
If you are a vile reich wing troll or you act like a complete asshole while in the backseat of the WNI limo, Kay will expose your email address and/or IP address for public viewing at my discretion.
This commitment to freedom of expression is as noble as anything else you will find in the cesspit known as the Left.

It took men Paul Tibbetts' caliber to defeat the Imperial Japanese. |
On a tip from Cheetah.

The democrat regressives are against everything good in the country. It could be that most if not all are losers who will never amount to anything more than a drugged out braindead loser. Would that young idiot consider saying he'd spit on an American hero in front of several veterans I hang with? He would most likely hang with us for a few minutes. Then we'd have to hide the body.

So... they acknowledge the fact that without him they would all be speaking German and Japanese, but still spew bile at him... I really will never understand liberals.

My father was a great admirer of Gen. Tibbetts. Though he only knew him slightly, Gen. Tibbetts served as pallbearer at my dad's funeral. I've always treasured that memory.
Now my dad has a gravesite that we can honor, and General Tibbetts does not. It makes me cry.

That despicable freak kayinmaine is so immensely stupid. A few points proving this:
1. His choice of the word 'reich winger' demonstrates that he has either no sense of history, or no brains at all. It was guys like Tibbets that were FIGHTING the Third Reich and its Axis buddies in Japan, you imbecile!
2. "Well, apparently this "big brave reich winger" didn't want Americans to stand around his grave protesting what he had done in WWII!"
That's not the case. He didn't want a headstone or grave because he knew the ultra liberals whose brains were fried by acid would vandalize or otherwise desecrate his final resting place, not because he was afraid of protests.
3. "Wow! If you're a big brave hero who saved America, wouldn't you think that you would want Americans TO USE THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS THAT YA FOUGHT FOR IN WORLD WAR II for the opportunity to dissent against your own barbarianism?"
Barbarianism?! That's not even a word! The word is 'Barbarism,' dumbass.
Miserable, pathetic, brainless little worm.

kay the twit
would gladly spit
on good Paul Tibbett's grave.
Paul fought for the right
Of morons to write,
And their sorry butts, he did save!

Choosing to be cremated does not in any way affect their right to freedom of speech. I guess "freedom of speech" must mean something different to these people..

It's men like Paul Tibbetts who freed ungrateful Asians like me from the slavery of the World War II Japanese. It's moonbats who would still be promoting international friendship, tolerance and goodwill with the Japanese, Nazis and Commies while half of Asia builds slave-labour bridges in the jungle for them.
I can breathe and blog free because of Right Wing, militaristic American 'interference' in the region. I thank you, all you brave and selfless Americans - moonbats obviously excluded.

Tibbett's didn't want to give the leftards an opportunity to "spit on his grave" because now that he's dead, he's can't defend himself. Where were these leftists when he was alive? My guess is, they were too cowardly to face him man-to-man else he'd have put them in their place.

One hopes there will at least be a monument (empty grave or not) at Arlington National Cemetery where the millions of descendants of the hundreds of thousands of American servicemen who would otherwise have died in the invasion of the home islands of Japan can go to pay their respects to this genuine hero.
My late uncle most likely would have been one of the deceased, as he was getting ready to assault the home islands when the war abruptly ended (gee, I wonder why that was?). He went on to live a long, full life thanks to Col. Tibbets and the others who brought WWII in Asia to that sudden, blessed and VICTORIOUS end.

Here's whats coming next: Psychotic Moonbats will denounce Tibbets for having himself cremated, saying the smoke & fumes it produced harmed the enviroment.

jc14;
My father graduated high school when the war ended and he joined right away. He too would have been in the invasion force, but thanks to "the bomb", he went to Japan with the occupation forces under General Moore.

I had the honor of meeting the General 6 years ago. As feisty as he was, he probably would have swatted any moonbats across the room. He was truly an honored member of the Greatest generation.

I Used to know the generals son-Paul Jr.- I was in India during the period that the general was there.1963-1965-- I briefly met the general. His son and I were in the same school. American International School. We were just kids back then.-It was Paul Jr. and another kid, his father was a Col- can't think of his name. All I can say is that his son was proud of him.

hmm.
i acknowledge the fact that paul tibbets did play a major part in the war.
but,
he has been quoted as saying , "If you give me the same circumstances, hell yeah, I'd do it again."
referring to the bomb dropped on Hiroshima.
this is truly the talk of an asshole.
Posted by: kate at November 13, 2007 4:49 PM
Of course he said that Kate. The bomb was the only device that woke up the Japanese, bringing them back to reality. In fact, quite a few Japanese acknowledged this freely. Perhaps you should bone up on history before making such judgments.

No doubt he saved countless lives---my Dad for sure ---he was in the Americal Division---slated to hit the beach first. Can't liberals get it? 110,000 Japanese died at Okinawa and 12,000 Americans died there. 25,000 Japanese died at Iwo and 6,000 Marines died. Would Japan or Germany have used it? Sure. Oh they say our casualty estimates were inflated. Who cares? They say we were playing Show and Tell with the Soviets...who cares? They started the war and showed no mercy at Battaan, etc. I challenge those that are offended by it to go to the graves of the 400,000 + Americans who dide in WW2 and think what contributions they could have made but couldn't and to say I wish we could have made the Bomb earlier. Japan would have used everybody to defend and/or commit suicide as they did at Okinawa when many civillians jumped off of cliffs. I salute General Tibetts and applaud his service to the US.
