Global Warming Hoax Kills a Power Plant in Kansas
Kansas health and Environment Secretary Rod Bremby nixed a proposed coal-fired power plant in western Kansas on the extremely dubious grounds that "CO2 contributes to climate change, which contributes to global warming, which is harmful to all human beings." But real crises, like moonbats preventing us from generating energy, appear to take precedence in the minds of Kansans.
Kansas.com reports that Bremby and liberal Governor Kathleen Sebelius have been put "on the defensive" by a "backlash against the plant rejection." The legislature believes Bremby overstepped his authority in killing the plant; it's likely to take steps to prevent it from happening again.
Sunflower Electric Power Corp.'s chief executive Earl Watkins is among the enraged:
Kansas is no longer a rule-of-law state but is becoming a rule-of-whim state. … Who will be next? Ethanol plants? Concrete manufacturers? Feed lots?
It is not a moment too soon to start asking just where global warming lunacy will end if we don't dig in our heels and fight it.

"Greens", oir at least the hard-core ones, are NOT for useing energy wisely, they are AGAINST technology! Face it, the really vocal ones tend to rave about how primative cultures can "get along" without the advances of the twentieth century, or the NINTEENTH century for that matter!
to them, electric or gas stoves are evil planet-killers, but burning wood in an open pit is "GOOD".
Years ago I saw a TV program (I think it was "Ripley's Believe It Or Not!") where a man in the hills powered a washing machine and a TV by hooking his bike to a generator. Another man collected junk mail and burned it in a franklin stove! But would the "Greens" follow their bold and logical example? Oh, noooooo!

I swear, its like we're living in the Dark Ages, and Global Warming is some crazy religion. If we're doing anything to the climate, we're making the planet significantly more livable when the next Ice Age is brought on like this warming period, via the Sun.

Well, they should shut down all coal, oil, and natural gas generating plants then to save mankind, and shut it down immediately. I'm sure the good people of Kansas really don't need or want electricity for their homes, schools, and businesses.
