Moonbat Judge Won't Deport Serial Sex Criminal

America isn't the only country where immigration moonbattery is threatening the fabric of society. The Evening Standard reports from the U.K.:

Britain's leading immigration judge has vetoed the deportation of a serial sex offender because it would breach his human right to a family life.
The Home Office wanted to deport Mohammed Kendeh — who has been assessed as presenting a "high risk of reoffending" — to his native Sierra Leone.
However Sir Henry Hodge — the husband of Labour minister Margaret Hodge — has rejected the attempt on human rights grounds.
He has decided that Kendeh, who has admitted indecently assaulting 11 women in the past five years and has committed a string of other offences including robbery, burglary, arson and drugs — should be allowed to stay because he came to the UK at the age of six and has virtually no family left in West Africa.

No doubt Kendeh's victims — both past and future — deserve their fate for being insensitive racist xenophobes.

The problem is, as the laws stand in this country, his judgement is the only one he could make. under common law the judiciary are not allowed to disregard laws no matter what they might personally think of them. If the legality of the human rights act was being challenged then it might be a different matter - though, with our current status vis รก vis the EU any challenge would be struck down by the European Court of "Justice" anyway...

The point is, he hadn't a choice in the matter, both because the human rights act, as a product of the EU, supercedes any UK law and because deportation of criminals also comes under the jurisdiction of the EU, and under the directives covering immigration, we aren't allowed to deport criminals because it breaches their right to travel freely within the borders of the EU.

I'd call it a clusterfuck, but that'd be an understatement...

I considered that point Archonix, and I feel for judges who must obey stupid rulings.
Now to the funny stuff:

Doesn't his judicial wig look like it's made out of FOIL?

JUDGE: "You have been found guilty of murdering both your parents, I now sentence you to death!"
MURDERER: "Have you no mercy for a poor orphan?"

It's not on straight either...

Worry not, for one day the very same verdict might be passed on the rapist cum murderer of a some prominent moonbat. THEN the wheels of justice will finally turn for the victim rather than for the offender.
