Alamo Forgotten
The Supremes have ruled that moonbats have a right to burn American flags. But there are limits to liberty, as David Bohmfalk learned when he tried to burn a Mexican flag in front of the Alamo in protest of the ongoing Mexican invasion, which has been assisted by our own treacherous government.
Bohmfalk was arrested for burning without a permit that there would be no way to acquire.
While in police custody, Bohmfalk's life was threatened and he was spat on by tourists. But the police apparently didn't respond to these crimes. Bohmfalk has also been denied his right to a speedy trial; it's been reset three times.
Next time you burn a flag, make sure it's Old Glory.

I love how backwards and upside down the Feminist/Socialist/Communist/Liberal/Progressive Matriarchy is.
Patriarchy is the only solution. We must return to Patriarchy in the USA! This madness would end instantly.

Conservative nut jobs amaze me. They think it's more important to be pissed off about a symbol of your rights being burned then seeing Bush trounce all over the real thing. In fact they stand in line and call you unpatriotic and socialist for calling into questions the propaganda spewing forth from their mouths. Sad

Anon. (no. 2, it would appear):
I anxiously await the many examples (real stories, please, no conspiracy theories or MoveOn.org/Dan Blather/Democrap Party made-up tales) of how the hated Bush has trampled upon YOUR freedoms and YOUR "rights."
Aint' nobody round these parts calling you "unpatriotic," pal, just ignorant. A genuine "mind-numbed robot."
Waiting on those real examples, please . . .
Still waiting . . . And waiting, and waiting . . .

Anon. #1 is a troll trying to talk like a Conservative.
Anon. #2,
Don't you have any comment on Bohmfalk's "right" to burn ANY flag he deems "offencive"? You are a typical Liberal; avoiding the subject in order to bash President Bush.

The examples are countless but it changes the subject.
The question is - is it more important to care about your rights or to care about taking rights away from others. You care more about taking away my right to burn a cloth flag than protecting your rights to speak freely to whom you want without fear of prosecution and arrest.
Secret jail cells, with no list to know who is in or is not in those jails. Secret lists of americans to watch and track their travels. Do you doubt this then you prove me wrong.
More importantly! Be outraged, but be outraged at the deception that Bush and Cheney propogated upon America and the world in the run up to their war. They turned lose a lie with the aid of the press. They even threatened the press. Watch - http://www.pbs.org/moyers/journal/btw/watch.html read - and vote.
BTW - I have personally been accused several times of being unpatriotic by people that refused to think for themselves. The day the war started, I watched a television screen in my place of employment and commented openly that they wouldn't find WMD or anything else other than oil that the Bush's wanted to control and seize. I was told that I was unamerican for not supporting our troops right there and then. I suspect you would have been like minded at that moment.
The bumper sticker alone .. "support our troops".. is a ultimatum to the free thinkers in this country that questioned the motives of Bush and Cheney.. it might have well said "don't question authority")
For what it is worth, I would be one of the first to line up and fight for a 'cause'. WWII was a cause. Going after Bin Laden was a cause. Bush failed miserably as comander in chief. He failed to go after Bin Laden with the full force and resources available. He failed to ask the American public to help and to pay the cost. Instead, he loaded our country with debt, asked the rich to set up companies to profit on his war, and sent the young middle and lower class kids of this country to do a battle for oil while sending Bin Laden's family back to Saudi Arabi and giving us lies along the way.
One other thing - "Democratic party made up tales"?? - I won't defend a party that has been guilty of corporate pandering as well. I vote for candidates and not parties. I've voted for candidates that call themselves Republican, Democrat, independant, & Green. I care a lot more about a balanced budget, a realization that the US is but one nation on this planet, that christianity is but one religious faith of many, and that individual liberties are to be protected from the state.

oh and to the person who cares about someones right to burn a mexican flag. the issue was just burning - they would have been in trouble for burning leaves. this entire article is writen to bait those that are "protecting our borders" into believing as the author - that Mexican's are overrunning the country.
Ironic that protecting those borders is resulting in farms going out of business with fruit rotting on the trees from lack of labor. - http://southeastfarmpress.com/vegetables-tobacco/021207-roberson-commentary/ is but one of hundreds of examples of stories of American farmers that can't pay enough for labor.

Anon, you are so afraid of your imagined tyranny that you refuse to give your name. MY name is "Harn" and I am proud of it.
Now to your post:
"Do you doubt this then you prove me wrong."
No, this is the United States Of America. Here it is up to the ACCUSER to proove his or her case. How would you like it if I said "I have SECRET information that you're a drooling lunatic, now proove me wrong"?
But I won't because that is the LIBERAL way, not the AMERICAN way.

LOL...if there are "secret cells" and "secret lists", I wonder how this guy found out about 'em, and why he hasn't been "secretly" arrested and "secretly" tortured...
Anon must be involved in some role-playing game: instead of "Dungeons and Dragons", it's "Secret Cells and Bushitler"....MUHohohohahahahaaaaa....

Notice that the Anons never actually address the fact that the right of Americans are protected to burn American flags on our soil, but not flags of other nations?
That is the extent of Bush's so called "oppression".
Thanks for defining Moonbattery.

To the "anon" who said it was all about burning and nothing else, you weren't there. I WAS! I know why I did it- one reason only- to protest against the proposed amnesty bill when it was before the Senate. I was not spat at and threatened by ONE COUPLE (not a group) for burning without a permit. FOR THE RECORD: There were about 2-3 dozen people present. ONE person said two curse words at me as he walked by me, and that COUPLE (husband/wife) spat at me once and threatened me IN THE PRESENCE OF TWO POLICE OFFICERS twice.

Excuse me, I meant to say I WAS spat at and threatened by one couple (not a group). Typo on my part. Also, they spat once and threatened me THREE times, not two. Long day with my attorney- I'm wore out! Oh, NEWS FLASH- the City of San Antonio dismissed the charges against me (anyone who knows criminal justice knows that was a no-brainer)! Now it's my turn.

Before I forget, I just want to thank all of you for your moral support. It's not all glory and patriotism; I've had some long, sleepless nights worrying about this and wondering if I was just, as the old Jerry Jeff Walker song goes, "p-ssin' in the wind". Again, a heartfelt thanks to all of you! God Bless you and God Bless the USA!
