Ricardo Cortez: Another Homicidal Peace Activist
Posted by Dave Blount at September 18, 2007 10:56 AM
In the proud peacenik tradition of axe-murderer Carlos Hartmann and brutal maniac Christiaan Briggs, antiwar activist Ricardo Cortez was arrested for murdering his wife last Sunday in Greeley, Colorado.
Along with his wife, Cortez shot a man named Sam Jantz, who luckily survived. In a separate case, for which he took a plea bargain last week, he was charged with second-degree assault causing serious bodily injury, false imprisonment by force for more than 12 hours, felony menacing with a real or simulated weapon, and third-degree assault that recklessly caused injury. Also on the peace activist's resume are a couple of alcohol-related charges, including drunk driving.
By trying to bring about our defeat in Iraq, peace activists are enabling Islamic terrorists, who any idiot could see will impose absolute mayhem if we retreat. Folks like Cortez help us understand why that doesn't bother peaceniks.
