Kucinich Sucks Up to Terrorist Dictator, Turns Up Nose at American Troops

Thank you Dennis Kucinich, for making it clear to anyone with two brain cells to rub together whose side the Democrat Party is on in the clash between civilization and one of its most nightmarish alternatives. From WND:

After praising Syria following a meeting in Damascus with President Bashar Assad, Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich declared he will not visit troops in Iraq during his Middle East tour because he considers the American military presence in Iraq to be illegal.

"I feel the United States is engaging in an illegal occupation … I don't want to bless that occupation with my presence," Kucinich said in Lebanon, according to the Associated Press. "I will not do it."

Imagine Kucinich thinking that his presence on free soil could ever be a blessing.

But it's no surprise that he was welcome in Syria, which is rivaled only by Iran in its open support for Islamic terrorism and hostility toward the USA. Many of the foreign terrorists our troops are fighting in Iraq enter the country through Syria, with Baby Assad's implicit consent. Syria has formed a military alliance with our enemy Iran, and supplies critical support to Hezbollah and Hamas. For all intents and purposes, Syria is at war with the United States.

In more honorable times, Kucinich's behavior would have landed him in front of a firing squad. But if we were still living in those better days, he and other Democrats would never have the courage to flaunt their treason so openly.
