Ken Buck, One of America's Few Defenders

The handful of politicians with the integrity to address the illegal alien invasion includes Ken Buck, District Attorney of Colorado's Weld County. Here he is addressing a forum on the crisis in Greeley last night:

We have a case here where someone committed six DUIs under three different names in Weld County, and that person wasn't deported. They went out and committed vehicular homicide and killed somebody and that person left behind a wife and children.

There are countless stories like this. What is most tragic about them is that as Buck says:

[T]he crimes being committed by illegal immigrants are preventable.

That is, they are preventable assuming that the people of this country really do have control over the government, which is dominated in both parties by corrupt and irresponsible fools who simply could not care less about our safety or this country's future.

Having been forced into temporary retreat on their latest attempt to ram amnesty down our throats, they are now trying to sneak it in through the backdoor. Powerful Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL), who compares American soldiers to Nazis, has had the astonishing gall to sneak illegal alien amnesty provisions into a defense appropriations bill. Kate O'Beirne calls it "amnesty on the installment plan."
