Judge Rules Carpenter Can Come to Work Naked
Carpenter Percy Honniball likes to work naked, because he finds it comfortable, and it saves him from having to do the laundry. Surprisingly, this got him in trouble in Berkeley, earning him two years probation in 2003.
His hometown Oakland is more enlightened. Alameda County, California Superior Court Judge Julie Conger has found him not guilty of indecent exposure, not because he wasn't walking around naked in public, but because by doing so, he was not acting lewdly — at least, not by Oakland standards.

hey when I have remodeled my other house naked and neighbors saw me but no one complained about it. the one on the south side sat in his yard and watched me right through the widows. (He liked it better when i had a helper).Even had one guy asked if he could help me some time I said if he wants but couldnt pay him. he said thats ok. two weeks pasted and we worked nude for about 6-8 hours a day and then he told me he enjoyed what he was doing and he liked looking at me. I did catch him a few times staring and hving wood and i did too but nothing like him and then realized he was gay and wanting to play with me.
