G.I. Joe Coopted by Moonbats

Not even G.I. Joe is safe from the corruption of moonbattery. After defending America from our enemies since the 1940s, the erstwhile "Real American Hero" abandons the U.S. Special Forces to become a defender of progressives' ultimate totalitarian dream, world government.
In a new movie to be distributed by Paramount, G.I. Joe has been perverted to stand for "Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity." According to Fox News:
The word is that in the current political climate, they're afraid that a heroic U.S. soldier won't fly.
Our country is at war, but according to Hollyweird, heroic American soldiers just aren't trendy.
As blogger Warner Todd Huston laments:
It's the last spit in the face of our military. The doll was G.I. Joe, the government-issued guy who was a hero and American. It was celebrating this one heroic soldier. They want to take even that away.
Sometimes it seems as if our real life G.I. Joes are fighting for a country that no longer exists. But America is still here, buried under the moonbattery. Hopefully it will reemerge before it suffocates.
