Even Bloomberg Aghast at Spitzer's Irresponsibility

Not even Michael Bloomberg is enough of a moonbat to be pleased by New York Governor Eliot Spitzer's plan to pander to illegal aliens by granting them drivers licenses.

Homeland Security has been urging states to tighten their identification standards for the sake of our safety, to which Spitzer responded with a one-finger salute. Ever Bloomers, no enemy of illegal immigrants, is annoyed that a New York drivers license will cease to be valid identification. For example, New Yorkers will be required to use passports to get on an airplane.

Bloomie frets:

I'm really skeptical that we should be issuing driver's licenses willy-nilly, because it then leads to lots of other problems in terms of voter registration and other things. But it's the governor's call.

Spitzer replied in his trademark rabid pit bull style:

[Bloomberg] is wrong at every level — dead wrong, factually wrong, legally wrong, morally wrong, ethically wrong.

The Governor must think there are an awful lot of illegal alien voters out there. Maybe he was inspired by the way Slick Willie pardoned FALN terrorists to help Shrillary get the Puerto Rican vote in her first Senate run.
