Daily Kos Chastises Newt For Defending Homosexuals
Moonbats are in a double bind.They love Ahmadinejad because he is a terrorist sworn to our country's destruction. They love homosexuals, because their depraved lifestyle epitomizes decadence. But Ahmadinejad's regime has people killed for being homosexual.
The resolution to this conundrum is simple: throw a rock at Republicans and then disappear behind a smokescreen of anti-American rhetoric, as a raving lunatic did yesterday at Daily Kos.
Newt Gingrich set the Kostards off by objecting to people being executed for homosexuality in Iran. Sneers the Democrat Party's online Bible:
Ohhh, I see. Ahmadinejad is bad because his country kills gays. Ohhh. (By the way, Newt, Ahmadinejad was elected… unlike our own President[…]).
The author obliquely admits this isn't true, but then gives Newt what for:
Newt, you have no right to stand up for gays after leading the party of homophobes for all these years.
Funny, I thought "the party of homophobes" was led by Karl Rove from his secret headquarters in a hidden bunker beneath the White House. Why are the Republicans "the party of homophobes"? Because like Democrats who aren't stupid enough to enrage the electorate, they haven't endorsed the abomination of "gay marriage."
Then comes the smokescreen, before readers look too hard at the assertion that refusing to pretend homosexuals can be man and wife is more oppressive than having them killed. America is denounced for that kook at University of Florida getting himself Tasered, for converting gays to heterosexuality against their will, for habeas corpus being "gone," for warrantless wiretaps, for library records being subject to investigation, for the Abu Ghraib aberration, for deposing Saddam Hussein, for supposedly torturing the pampered terrorists at Club Gitmo, et cetera, et cetera, ad nauseam.
Few if any of the strident allegations have anything whatsoever to do with Newt objecting to homosexuals being executed in Iran. Squids squirt ink. Moonbats squirt denunciations of America.
Progressives ought to be glad someone is standing up for gays, even if it's Newt. It certainly won't be liberals themselves. The only threat to homosexuals besides their own lifestyle is Islam, and if liberals had enough character to stand up to that, they wouldn't be liberals.

I shudder to think how deprived Iranians are, having no queers amongst them. I know. Let's gift them some of ours.
