Minutemen Attacked by Moonbat Mob
Jake and his wife MJ of Freedom Folks were attacked today by a mob of communist moonbats prior to a Chicago protest against the railroading of Border Patrol agents Jose Alonso Compean and Ignacio Ramos. From Jake's first-hand account:
A lady was selling the Communist paper there and asked us if we were Minutemen. We responded in the affirmative, she noted proudly the headline of the communist paper which had the story of a Minuteman rally in New Jersey that had been, according to her, shut down by them.
She then began shouting that we were Minutemen alternating that with chanting "Death to the Minuteklan." The crowd of about 30–40 people on the sidewalk joined in with the chant and soon all forty people were calling for our death.
At that point several of the goons darted across the street and began trying to bat the cameras out of our hands. Several more came across the street splitting up, one group of mostly women began dragging MJ across the street by her camera, it's strap around her wrist. The other group, mostly men approached me and attempted to keep me from getting to MJ and still trying to get the camera away from me.
They succeeded in getting the camera away from him. Here's the result:
They also destroyed MJ's still camera, and threw a bag of protest signs over a gated fence after ripping it from her hands.
Freedom of speech is not permitted in countries in which moonbats have taken total control. Obviously, it won't be permitted here either if moonbattery prevails.

What appalling behavior. They may try to hide themselves behind the hammer and sickle, but anyone with enough brain cells to rub together knows who and what they truly are.
Fascists. Plain and simple.

Being a life-long Chicago-area resident, (notice I didn't say Chicagoan, nobody with any sense around here would choose to live there) I would like to extend my apologies to Jake and MJ. I'd like to think those goons were, more than likely, from out of state. But unfortunately Chicago has a long history of Sh*tbird punks like them, so I can't rule it out entirely.
Just a small piece of advice: If you decide to go back and face them again, (And by all means, do. Remember, those cretins are cowards when push comes to shove) a solid right cross followed by a swift knee to area just above the groin but below the belly-button ought to get their attitude back on an even keel. The first gets their attention and stuns them momentarily. The second takes all the wind out of them so they can't speak, much less even groan, and forces them to bend over at the waist. Now, once they're bent over and contemplating the bubblegum stuck to the sidewalk, a righteous boot to their ass will send them sailing into the gutter where the trash belongs.
Forewarned is forearmed. Don't forget, these scumbags are cowards. Douchebags who want to start trouble never seem to stick very long around when it stares right back at them.
Look out Lefties! Here comes that finely honed electoral pendulum swinging right back at your necks come next November.

Can anyone say "License to carry concealed firearm?"
Escalation of force in this situation as described would have warranted pepper spray. Even hippy communists can understand the concepts of those who wish to defend themselves from serious bodily harm or death.

This is a perfect example of why we need concealed carry in Illinois! I wonder, will the Communist be charged with a hate crime? I bet not.

Great suggestions, all...but I'd be willing to bet that if you raised a hand to these creeps- no matter what the provocation- the heretofore inactive police would be on you like white on rice. Police forces who have been browbeaten by Moonbat-controlled unions and ambulance chasers are well-known for such things. I'm native to Southern California- I know!

Here in Florida we have revived the "castle law". Before we had the RETREAT from a threat (Even in our own homes) before taking defencive action IF and only IF we couldn't get away. Now we can defend ourselves, our property and our friends/family if we FEEL threatened.
The above situation fulfills that requirement at all levels.

Have to agree with Toa on this one. In public, it's best to not pack heat, rather...have several friends with video cameras to record the deeds of these violent commies. More effective. Requires much patience (the patience of saints) and bruises but infinitely worth it. In the home...well, I advocate using a 12 gauge pistol-handled shotgun (Mossberg is nice) and or a Glock series weapon to put these insects down. Permanently. Also, would be interested to see if the Minuteman website has anything to say on this attack.

Those two have a lot of courage - they've had their tires slashed, too. I think they should at the very least carry pepper spray.
And the commenter above is right, we SHOULD have concealed carry laws in Illinois...at least the leftwing would WONDER which ones of us are packing...
