Foreign Murderer Has "Human Right" to Stay in Britain
Posted by Dave Blount at August 21, 2007 7:40 AM
British moonbats have found a "human right" for a foreign murderer to remain in the UK when he finishes serving out his wrist slap.
Learco Chindamo of Italy was 15 when he led a gang of 12 thugs to "sort out" a 12-year-old. When headmaster Philip Lawrence attempted to defend the little victim, Chindamo killed him.
Despite having been sentenced to life imprisonment in 1996, Chindamo may get out next year, and can look forward to a life of leisure on the British dole.
Lawrence's window would like to see Chindamo at least sent home, but nothing doing. You see, Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights guarantees a right to "family life," and Chindamo has relatives in Britain.
As always, the "rights" of criminals and aliens take precedence over the well-being of law-abiding citizens. But not to worry, Chindamo's lawyer tells the BBC that he's reformed.
Lawrence continues to be dead.

When they let him out of prison, Learco Chindamo can continue to live off British taxpayers. |
