For the Breck Girl, Charity Begins at Home

Remember when it came to light that despite killing a Democrat debate cosponsored by the leftist Congressional Black Caucus because it was to be hosted by Fox News, John Edwards had taken a fat advance from its parent company News Corp.? Now we learn more:

Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards recently defended taking a lucrative book contract from a publisher controlled by Rupert Murdoch — whose News Corp. empire Edwards has sharply criticized — by insisting that "every dime" of his $500,000 advance went to charity.
Left unmentioned by Edwards, however, was that Murdoch's HarperCollins paid portions of a $300,000 expense budget for the book to Edwards's daughter and to a senior political aide, Jonathan Prince.

What's more, everyone knew in advance that the book was worth nowhere near the $800,000 Murdoch paid out in advance. Edwards' snooze-inducer Home: The Blueprints of Our Lives has only recouped about $100,000 worth of royalties — to no one's surprise. Apparently Murdoch was actually making a political contribution, just as he has done to Shrillary Clinton's campaign.

Edwards continues to rail like the demagogue he is against the evils of his benefactor Murdoch. He might want to show a little gratitude, as well as shame. But then, both are probably in short supply among left-wing zillionaire trial lawyers.

Off to the bank to deposit Rupert Murdoch's cash.

Oh please,

John Edwards is such a queer. Not in in a sexual way necessary, but in a personal and political way.

Everything this man and his wife does kinda leaves you with the feeling that you have been figuratively sucked off.

The Ambulance Chaser really showed style today on hearing word of Moonbat nemesis Karl Rove's resignation; my Dad saw a clip of him on Fox News sneering "Goodbye, and good riddance."

These "Liberals" never cease to impress me with their class...

And back in the Breck Girls two Americas, The Wage Gap Between Union Bosses and Unionized Workers Widens. Union bosses are giving themselves huge salary increases, even as union membership declines and wages paid to unionized workers stagnate.
