Bizarre Submersible
You may have heard of the bizarre submersible found floating off Manhattan. Are We Lumberjacks? has a photo:
Divers continue searching on a hunch that an Oldsmobile with a dead girl inside it could be resting on the riverbed nearby.

The real thing turned out to be a replica of the "Turtle" used in the american Revolution. The builders were arrested on various charges, they should have let the Coast Guard know what they were doing.

If it is Teddy, the scary thing is, like an iceberg, we are only seeing 10% of it.

It won't be the first time.

There's an old saying that there is nothing more forgiving than time.
But, after almost forty years, this piece of sub-human debris has not elevated his status in my eyes.
You would think that turds float for a while, but this one has been given approval to linger and infest upon us his never-ending anti-wisdom.

Teddy, the swimmer that is; had a simular situation a few years back.

Why was there a "submersible" hanging around new york harbour? Either a dad and son engaging in a very ill advised bit of project DIY or someone testing the feasibility of an attack using miniature submarines?
